The "fair" grade was given because of the slow email and phone call inquiry to schedule the appointment. The quality of work done was EXCELLENT.

My patio sliding door was almost to the point where you couldn't move it. Mr. Pro came in and did the repairs quickly and professionally...now I have to worry about opening it too hard! I will be hiring him again soon to do some of my other patio doors!

Great service - Jim came and mounted my TV and while he was there he also installed (2) two ceiling lights!!!!! Great price and service.. I am hiring Jim again to also do additional work!!!!!

Excellent! Jim was a pro and did everything in a timely fashion. He always cleaned up the area well. Would highly recommend to other people. I consider myself hard to please, and he did a great job.

The job was more complicated because the wires needed to be snaked around my fireplace. Jim had to try several methods to get the job done, but he wasn't giving up until he found a way to make it happen. He was very professional and easy to work with, would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again in the future.

I was happy with the service. They were prompt. It was a great service and they were in and out. I think the price was a fair cost for the work that was done. It is still working.

It was fine. My rollers or something was bad, it was hard to open and close. They were prompt and courteous and clean. They didn't make a mess or anything and got everything done just the way it should be.

Made an appointment with Jim for a Friday at 4pm. At 4:20 he called and apologized saying that his last appointment ran longer than he thought it would and asked if we could reschedule for the following Monday. We set the appointment for 10am. Jim did not show up or call. All it would have taken was dialing a few numbers and letting me know he would not be here. But instead he let me sit at home all morning waiting for the appointment HE set up. Very unprofessional and rude!

There was a small mix-up with the installation time, however he got to my home right away. I am extremely pleased with his work and the price. Job well done and I would recommend.

Mr. Pro (Jim) did an outstanding job of repairing and adjusting my sliding glass doors. Where other companies did not want to go the extent he did - he went far beyond what others would do and made the doors like new. It used to take two hands to open one of them and today it slides with barely the touch of one finger. I am keeping his phone number for any future needs. Thank you Jim - job well done!

After buying the deal, had to delay installation by a couple months due to being in & out of town. I finally was able to contact him over a month ago. We set at least 3 appointments, and he did not show for any. The last one was 10/22. I've left two voice mails for him, and he hasn't return either of them. Based on his lack of commitment and communication, I've decided to use another provider. To say I am very disappointed is an understatement.

BEWARE!!! :( This is the worst experience we've ever had with a repair man. We paid over $200 to rehang and weather seal the front and back doors. On the front door, there used to be a gap underneath the door. When he rehung it, the exact same gap was moved to the top of the door. He tore the old wide weather stripping off, leaving half of it still on the frame, and replaced it with a skinny weather stripping which he did not fully apply all the way around the frame. So, we have to scrape off the old weather stripping and the door is exactly as unsealed as it was before, just at the top of the door. He never tried to seal the back door, he just replaced a bent hinge. So there are still large gaps you can see thru in both doors, after $200. He did not use all of the 2 hours we paid for, he just didn't finish the job. We asked him multiple times to come finish sealing the front door. The gap is uncomfortably large and the AC cost in sunny Florida are a killer, which is why we hired him. All in all he gave us the run around for 6 weeks, with excuse after excuse. Then we tried to entice him back with the promise of more work. That encouraged him to set up another appointment, which he did not show up for and didn't call to let us know. Today he was supposed to come fix the front door and take measurements for the other repair but, after he took measurements for the new repair, he said he had to go move his car, he'd be right back, and he left. He just left. So, after 6 weeks of phone calls, hassle, and missed appointments, I'm out $200 and my doors are still not sealed. I'm going to have to pay another door guy to come actually do the job.

I bought the deal for 99 dollars and a week later the guy hadn't even called me back and I asked for my money back. I never used that person. I'd like to put a bad review on them but I can't even remember who it was I bought the deal from. If they're wanting business, I mean, to wait a week that's already paid for, even they're busy, not even a courtesy e-mail? I had to call him to have my money back because I waited a week and thought that's b*******, he's had my money for a week and he didn't even bothered to introduce himself or put me on his schedule. I mean, that's what you do, if you are busy, you say, "Thank you, I appreciate your business, but we'll come after a week, would that be okay with you?" and I would've said, "Sure." So there was a refund for that one. That was a very disappointing experience. No and hell no would I used them again in the future. I was very disappointed. I mean, how would you feel if that was you? I would have accepted even if they told me it's 2 weeks before they could get to me, but nothing for a week? That's ridiculous.

Perfect experiment. I will use Mr. Pro again.
