Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a patio door repair. He called me directly and said that he could be at my home in 20 minutes to do the repair. An hour and a half went by, and he was a no call no show. I waited and called him an hour later, and only reached the voicemail again. They didn't even have the common courtesy to call me to let me know they weren't able to come out. I have cancelled the deal and will not be using them in the future.
