Description of Work: When Jim came out to measure we talked about upgrading the door in the offer. His price for the upgrade was reasonable and, although it delayed the installation, the finished product is great! Would definitely use Mr Pro again!

Description of Work: Work on a couple of my doors that needed to be realigned was fine and even repaired the rollers on my mother hours next door. However, a screen was supposed to be ordered and installed and was to take a week. After a few weeks with no word I called and left a voice mail and it was never returned.

Description of Work: I accepted their online $99 through Angie's List but they never responded or contacted me even after Angie's List attempted follow-up contact and I left a phone msg a week later that was also never responded to. I finally had to cancel with the help of Angie's List and find someone else. Regardless of their Angie's List A Rating, there is obviously something wrong here at Mr Pro Home Improvement.
