Excellent job! I am so glad to have doors that no longer stick and are difficult to open.

It went great. Called Jim this afternoon at 1or so and he promised to call after the service call he was on at that time. He called and stopped by later that afternoon and fixed the door. Very nice and helpful individual. Even spent a few minutes loving on our dogs. Thanks fro the quick response and assistance.

Things go bad from here? That afternoon (Sun) the alarm connection failed. Called Jim, no answer, no returned call. My wife calls Jim next day (Mon) and he agrees to come out the following day (Tues) at 9a. No show. No returned calls or texts until late morning when he texts suggesting I call alarm co. (which will cost me another $100 min.) My wife has now lost a half day of work in a busy office. So I asked Jim to call me to discuss course of action and of course? silence. One more attempt Tuesday night to request a conversation goes unanswered. Sad part is, for someone in his trade it?s an easy fix with a foot or two of wire. In the end Jim is a decent craftsman who placed zero stock in my customer service or satisfaction. Amazing since he knew I found him on Angie?s List and would leave this commentary. From the minute he got my check, he completely checked out.

Mr Pro was efficient and thorough. I was very pleased with the work done.

He was prompt and courteous and did a great job. My doors are very expensive and he knew exactly how to work on them. He removed the door and cleaned the tracks and wheels. The lock was getting stubborn and he adjusted it so that it works smoothly and quietly like it used to when it was new. I am very happy and intend to use him when I replace my storm doors.

Update; After a few days, the new wheel failed. I contacted Mr. Pro and he was here in < 30 minutes and replaced the wheel. Parts break - not his fault. The key thing here is he responded quickly and made things right. Can't ask for more than that

Jim was great and I'd recommend him to anyone. He was very friendly and professional. My sliding glass door rattled and roared like the Incredible Hulk when I opened it. Mr. Pro had an offer on Angie's List to repair one door for $99, so I quickly snatched that up, and it was totally worth it. After making the purchase, Jim contacted me and setup the appointment. On the day of, Jim called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and quickly went to work. After taking a few minutes to say hi to my dogs, he diagnosed the issue with my door and everything was fixed within the hour. The door now opens and closes with just one finger... it is SILENT... and SMOOTH. Thanks again Jim!

Excellent job! I purchased a Big Deal. He did an excellent job repairing my sliding glass door. He replaced rollers and put a silicone lube on to keep them lasting longer. Would definitely use again! In addition to that, he was also an extremely nice guy!

The provider fixed the lock and the fit of the door in the threshold. However, in the process of doing so, he messed up the paint on the door. Seems odd that the package I bought was for 2 hours of door work, but the worker left before the 2 hour mark, without touching up the paint. It took me about 5 minutes to apply a fresh coat of paint (which I already had in the garage).

Guys got here the same day even after they had the wrong address. They were very professional and great!

The door was in bad shape, very hard to close and noisy. When Mr Handtman took it apart, cleaned it carefully, oiled it thoroughly and replaced the old hardware, it worked better than new! I was very pleased and will use his company again! Nancy Marsh

I purchased the $99 deal for 2 hours of work. I didn't have enough work for two hours but he installed a new lock and replaced weatherstripping around two front door. He was very prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after his work. My only complaint would be having to pay the extra $30 for weatherstripping supplies when I didn't use the entire 2 hours. I would hire again.

Super smooth. I was expecting an estimated, but I did bring the merchandise that I wanted Jim to install. When he came over, he was ready to do all the work that I requested. I was having the work done for my daughter, so you can imagine how happy I was that he was able to do it right then. Jim did a super professional job, and cleaned up any mess that he did. My old sliding glass doors were very noisy and extremely hard to slide open. I thought they would have to be replaced, but Mr. Pro popped them out, replaced the wheels and made some other adjustments, and now I can open the doors with one finger. Nice guys and fast service.

Came out very professional and smoothed front door down to make it open and close more fluidly, very professional on time and door works great now.

Great to deal with, was quick to get back to me upon ordering the Big Deal....set up appointment for the following week and arrived right in the time frame given. Work was done in a timely and professional manner and both my wife and I are pleased with the results. Jim mentioned that he does other work as well and we plan on having him hang a new steel side garage entry door for us. If you use Mr. Pro you will be satisfied .

Jim did an excellent job. The slider previously would stick and not open properly. He replaced the necessary parts, fixed the track so that the door now opens and closes smoothly...feels like new!

They replaced the rollers in my door which had been sticking and would get hung up. They replaced the rollers and cleared the track and it works like new. They showed up when they said and put furniture back in place that they had to move to do the project. Would use them again for other projects.
