DOORS LOOK GREAT AND WORK PERFECTLY!!!!

Perfectly adjusted leaking door seals, no one else could do.

Door was not functional due to bad wheel bearing and general alignment. MR PRO replaced the wheel assembly and did whatever he had to do to make it slide again. Works like brand new now.

Very professional. However the ad read $99 for one sliding door. We have 2 sets of sliding doors. We were unaware that each part is considered an individual - so the $99 applied to each of the 4 pieces. Quite a bit pricier that we expected.

When they put the finished around the door, there's an inch gap on both sides and it shows the insulation. It was not broke before they worked on the door and something happened while they were installing the door. I end up paying double the price of the deal I purchased.

Jim was professional and did a great job.

It went very well. He was very accommodating. I would definitely use the device again.

Never called me, how do I get my money back?

Jim was punctual, friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He also responded positively to our request to add a handle to the outside of the door. He replaced a lock that we didn't know was broken. Had everything in his truck to take care of our added requests. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Technician showed up promptly on time. Proceeded to remove both kitchen sliding doors, took damaged rollers out, cleaned and smoothed the track. Next, reinstalling the doors, he carefully adjusted the door for smooth operation, again worked on the tract to make the door slide effortlessly. He fine tuned a few more times, then asked me to try the door. Wow, what a difference. The door opens so easily and closes perfectly. This tech made sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

I ordered his services, but did not read the fine print. His service was to install a door in an existing door opening. When he arrived he did not have the proper items, a fault of my own because I did not read the fine print on what I was actually purchasing. He gave us an estimate on the entire project and came back the following week to install. He is quick and professional and I am happy with the door.

It was okay. They were prompt. They didn't provide any service. They said we were going to get an estimate but we never heard from them again. They should follow through with what they said they were going to do. They did come out when they said they're going to. They seemed good when they came out but we never heard from them again.

The door moves free and smooth. Works great.

He did not show up. He did not answer our calls or texts.

Mr. Pro was very experienced in the repair of the 30 year old sliding glass door.

Purchased the Big Deal through Angie's List for a patio door repair. I purchased a home built in the 70's that has the original sliding glass doors in the back. I did not think it was possible to bring an old door back to life, but I am pleasantly surprised. After purchasing the Big Deal, I was contacted via email within the 3 days as stated and a date was confirmed with during a two hour window. Mr. Home Pro showed up promptly at the scheduled time, and had the repair completed within about 20 minutes. My old sliding glass door now opens with barely 1 finger and glides across the track as if it were brand new. My only regret is not having the other door(s) repaired at the same time. This guy is top notch, professional & prompt. I will be keeping my eye's out for another deal to complete the other door. Thanks Angie's List!

The provider showed on time and replaced the bottom roller which had gotten damaged on a sliding glass door. The door works like a charm now. The provider did not up-sell any other repairs.

Excellent experience. The sliding door glides like new...only better.
