Overall bad experience. Initial estimate meeting was good. Scheduling was fine. I let them know there was a change in one of the needs when I scheduled. Workers showed up they said they had no idea what work they were doing. I explained the work, then they completed in a couple hours. Original estimate was three times that so tells person who estimated did not realize what needed to be done and over quoted. Later the bill came and the rates quoted jumped $70/hr and I was billed for several more hours. After questioning the bill, eventually it was reduced but still overcharged. They made false and rude comments to me. The work may have been fast and good but being overcharged slyly like that and rude when questioned, I would not use them again.

The provide excellent work on a new meter and junction box that was going to cost more elsewhere. They were also very timely and accommodating.

Mike the owner was very forthcoming and honest with the inspection of my old 100 amp service panel. Mike gave me the fairest price for replacement and install for parts and labor. To give fair comparison and perspective from my point of view, I’ll just say that you should shop around and get estimates from as many as you can! I had several estimates for my new electrical panel they ranged from $3300 quote from Mr.Sparky Electric to the lowest of $1387 from Florida Power Electric LLC! It’s evident to see I chose Florida Power, not only was the work performed on time as promised, they quality of the work was excellent! I couldn’t be any happier for the cleanliness and efficiency in which they worked. Thank you to Mike and his main Electrician!

Really pleased with the prompt professional service provided by FL Power Electrical Contractors. I bought a 1930's beach house that had all sorts of challenges with the wiring, fixtures, and outlets. Their team did a great job figuring it all out and providing some great solutions. On-time, clean, flexible scheduling, and reasonably priced. Great service

The job involved installing a ceiling fan in a bathroom that was not pre-wired for a ceiling fan. The installation was complicated because it is a 2 story house with no access to the area above the bathroom ceiling. The team did a great job - minimized the amount of drywall cutting that had to be done, installed the fan quickly, and patched the drywall such that you cannot tell it is patched.

We feel really fortunate to have made contact with Florida Power Electrical. First experience with HomeAdvisor.... entered request for install of 2 ceiling fans in older condo. Received a response immediately from Florida Power... work scheduled and completed immediately. They knew this older condo better than we did...made a few tweaks in the old set up so we could enjoy our beautiful new fans. They cleaned up and were very respectful so you needn't fear having them in your home. Definitely our go-2 for electrical needs...Thanks

They came in told me the worse case possibilities and performed better saving me additional funds. Able to do the job in the time frame discussed. Very professional and considerate. Cleaned up before they left.

I needed a 220v circuit for a hot tub. Mike's bid was the lowest of the three I got. One thing that impressed me (and led to me choosing them) was that his assistant closed up the attic and put the ladder away when he was done checking where he'd run the wires (others didn't). I anticipated that attention to detail for the job and was not let down. They did quality work at the price they quoted. I will use them for any other electrical work I might need.

Mike and his partner met me at my condo 10 minutes after I spoke with him. They were friendly and did exactly what was asked of them. There were no surprises and their charges were very reasonable. I couldn't have asked for better electricians.
