Shane Socash, Jeweler and owner of David Reynold's, listened closely to what I said, and was able to restore my grandmother's watch to how I remembered it looked 40 years ago. He listened, he understood and he recreated my grandmother's watch. I had foolishly changed the wide gold cuff band to a silver chain. Shane had only my memory and descriptions to work with. Thank you Shane! I love it!

Save yourself time and stay away from this company. They offered a couple of hundred dollars for a few items and refused to even consider other items for which the next company visited offered tens of thousands for - yes, it's not a type error. They were insulting on a grand scale ! Really seems they are out to get the unsuspecting client. Even their watch battery replacement is not what other companies do better. Based on my experience I would definitely hesitate to buy anything there . It probably is way overpriced.

They did a beautiful job! I've been doing business with them for over 20 years and highly recommend. The jewelers do superb work.

I am thrilled! I took in two rings (one engagement/wedding band and a cocktail ring) with an idea for a whole new ring. Shane was helpful before my first visit--sending ideas and links to pictures. When we went into the shop, he walked me through the process. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge--he knows jewelry and design! I came back to pick up the new rings a few weeks later and was blown away. The appraisal (completed by Susie) was quick and easy as well. I will definitely keep Shane in mind for future jewelry needs and will definitely recommend him to others!

Anything that I have that is jewelry related, I go to them. They are honest and reputable.

While waiting for the repair I was able to look at the coins and bills for sale. Ended up getting a few and the prices were very fair. I felt bad that we came in so close to the closing time but was not shooed out like some other places tend to do. I had used their services in the past to repair broken jewelry. Another company recommended them due to the type of metal requiring different technique than most shops have. Very pleased and will go back at an earlier hour to get a better sense of coins and old currency I can get to add to my collection.

Shane Socash and his assistants Zach and Brad skillfully examined my estate jewelry, cheerfully answered my questions, explained the difference in pieces as they sorted. As this was my parents estate, they where especially sympathetic and caring and paid a very good price for the estate.

I lost my original David Reynolds engagement ring and insurance worked with owner Shane Splash to replace it at a higher quality. It is beautiful.

Shane Socash was very prompt in servicing us, even with a crowded store. I had several gold jewelry pieces to sell. He did each piece one at a time, displayed the item with the price he offered under it on tray so I was able to see in plain view the price. If a piece was 14k, not 10k, I brought it to his attention. He checked, and had no problem in changing price on item. He went 100+. I will go back to David Reynolds in the future. Very fair.

Although David Reynolds is not a national jewelry store, they carry fine jewelry and offer a reasonable selection from some unique designers. This ring is quite old and did not have any work performed on it in many years. It is a complex diamond ring consisting of many different shaped diamonds. The appearance of the ring was very dull and dirty, missing one of the small round diamonds, and two of the baguette cut diamonds were badly damaged and needed to be replaced along with the center navette cut prong set that was twisted needing to be reset. I took the ring to David Reynolds after reading the reviews realizing they probably have the expertise for the restoration. I was not disappointed, the staff was extremely professional and attentive answering all my questions and addressing the concerns of the ring. The work was completed ahead of schedule and ring looks exceptional. I am totally impressed with the work performed, the ring looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with the results.

The service was way beyond the call of duty, as the owner himself repaired my glasses, knowing that his service person was already away for the weekend, and knowing that I was going on a week's trip, and would be in trouble without my glasses!

My parents estate included about 8 rings and/or jeweled pieces. I had no idea of their worth (if any) and took them to David Reynolds for valuation. They looked at each piece, informed of their composition and offered a valuation for them at selling price and also at replacement price. They kindly did this at absolutely no charge. Their own custom made rings and jewelry also looked very nice. Their staff was attentive and very gracious. I'd highly recommend them for your jewelry valuation or other jewelry needs.

Sherry took in my ring and got all the information needed. She Is very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. The replacement and the repair to the prongs were excellent (my ring looked like it did 24 years ago when it was purchased). Plus the repair was done quickly. Shane worked with my insurance and all I had to pay was my deductible. It is always a pleasure to do business at David Reynolds. I have never been disappointed.

Pieces were sorted and weighed, stones were evaluated, and costume jewelry separated. After almost an hour, working together with Sherry, I had a complete list, item by item, of it's current market value. What could have been just another business transaction became a thoughtful and satisfying moment. My hour of consultation was without charge. I will definitely return to them when my family has decided what may be liquidated. .
