COUNTRYSIDE GLASS & MIRROR INC.

I was referred to them by my contractor. The men came to my home and measured. They made some suggestions sad allowed me topic out hardware. They were professional and did a great job in install. The glass looks good. However the secretaries on the phone were not professional at all. Each interactions was worst than the next. The first time I called they were talking in the background negatively about another customer. I had asked a question and the girl would call out to another employee and say, "oh , she wants to know if ....." then another person would then get on the phone and rudely answer my question. I called a second time to give CC info and unfortunately the card didn't not go through. I received a nasty message stating if I didn't call back right away they would file a lien. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. I called immediately after receiving the message and handled it. This time I overheard them talking then again about someone saying, " What does she think she walks on water, I would even bother talking to her." I am not sure if it was about another customer or another co-worker but these conversations are inappropriate and unnecessary to have while on the phone with a customer. Customer service training would go a long way for these girls. I hope this doesn't impact the good work that the gentlemen provided. Please handle your girls.

They did a grade A job! I have used their services twice and am going back for more work that I need done. They are quick, courteous and helpful. They offered many good suggestions on glass options. Great business! Don't hesitate to work with them!

Showed up, very professional, did what they said, when they said, and how they said. Gave me good advice on how job should be done. Very happy with them.

I built a desk for our office and needed a piece of glass to go over the table top. Home Depot and Lowes could not provide glass any bigger than 36" so I had to look elsewhere. On Sunday I emailed Countryside Glass and Glass Service 8 Inc. in Clearwater. Glass Service 8 Inc. emailed me back Monday morning and said the total would be $75.00 plus tax and turn around time is 24 hours once ordered. No one from Countryside Glass replied to my email. I called them several times Monday morning, but all I got was the answering machine. I finally got a hold of someone that afternoon who said it would be $65 and take 2-3 days. I called them Thursday, and to my surprise, they told me they had not started on it yet and that it usually takes 3-5 days. The order was ready on Friday and the glass was what I ordered, other than some finger prints on it. Overall, they were hard to get a hold of and it took them quite a while to cut a piece of glass. In the future I will look for a place with better customer service.

Advised me on the best way to clean the glass. I would use them again and have. I rate punctuality a C because I think their hours were not as flexible as I would have liked.

As the owner of a small local moving company, Greenlite Movers, from time to time we have the need to replace fragile items; such as glass and/or mirrors. I recently need a piece of glass replaced. We chose Countryside Glass and Mirror from Angie's List. This is now our second time using the company. We found them to be completely professional from the moment we walked into their establishment on Main Street. The front desk employees were completely knowledgeable, informative and extremely helpful. They were able to match our glass perfectly on the date and time requested. We couldn't have been happier. We highly recommend this business to anyone!

Ron was very knowledgeable and did a great job. We had a large mirror replaced in the master bath that had to cut to shape and perfectly fitted into place and sealed. He also did and excellent job with fixing the shower door. Would definitely recommend them.

I spoke with (I believe) Danielle several times. She answered all of my questions and was very thorough. Once I determined the thickness required I placed the order and Countryside Glass created the shelf to my exact specs. It took about one week (as projected) and looks great. Would definitely go back again for a similar need.

.I was told the shelves would be ready in a week and got a call 3 days later that the shelves were ready. The shelves were wrapped in heavy paper 2 a package. They carried the packages out to my van and loaded them carefully in. Just prior to ordering the shelves I needed new hardware for a glass display cabnet, had gone to a local hardware store but with no luck. I told the ladies what I needed and they were able to give me the hardware and 2 finger handles for the doors. My used display cabnet doors roll smoothly and I can open them without any broken finger nails. I would highly recomend this company and will be using their sevices in the future.

Overall, we are very pleased with the end products. We could not find any flaws in the mirrors (bubbles, blisters, etc.) and they provided all the hanging hardware. Gave them a C for responsiveness because we also wanted frosted glass made for the master bath shower, but they never returned our call for a quote.
