BAM Quality Lawn Care

Terrible Bailey finally showed up after 3 appointments. We had to pay the Sod farm directly before delivery. He ordered 5 pallets for the job only took less than 4 pallets. I caught him trying to take over a pallet into his pick up truck. That's not even my main complaint they just threw the sod down in front of my gates they wouldn't open cause to lazy to dig out whatever was needed so my boat double gate would open. When I called Bailey was very rude and refused to make it right. He hung up onme me and blocked my number. Really what kink of company treats customers like that Very unprofessional I cat believe they are on Angies list and Home adviser. I guess if they enough they can keep ripping people off. We found them from a Facebook add. I'm taking them to court it's the principal of it.

Several times a couple days would go by with no workers and no call. They never wrote anything down, didn't listen or remember what we needed. Once we confronted they rushed in for a day, did a horrible messy attempt and left the job unfinished. We contacted the company with our concerns and photos. No response.

Bailey impresses me with his responsiveness and communication. He does answer his cell phone and email as well. Thus far, he has been very reliable and professional.

Great! We emailed request for quotes on bi weekly/monthly lawn maintenance and received call and quote same day. Great price, and Bernie made the process so easy. We have a very hectic lifestyle at the moment and after being in customer service for over 12+ years I am so happy we went with BAM. Very impressed! Excited to start the relationship.

They came on time at the scheduled date. They did all the prep work, leveling, grading, etc, and then afterward hauled off the old grass. They were done in one day and my yard looks absolutely perfect! I will definitely be using their weekly lawn service to maintain the excellent work they've done!

Awesome. It was easy to set up an appointment and get everything going. The guys that came out were professionals, nice, honest, and quick to get the job done. This is the best company I've come across in this line of work 10/10 I would definitely use again.

He did a bang up job cleaning our gutters and never had any issue with additional request about our yard. Super good guy!

Excellent. I messaged Bam Quality Lawn care and Bailey (owner) responded immediately. He came out and had the estimate for lawn care quickly and after having 2 other companies come out, one of which never game me the estimate, i went with this company. They did a wonderful job picking up bags and bags of leaves and going over my lawn. Lawn looks great. Their prices are not the highest nor lowest in lawn care, they are in the ball park with other lawn companies in regards to price .Bailey the owner and his crew are so easy to work with and work hard. I am so happy to have found this company, they are on top of their game . You won't be disappointed in this company when providing quality work at a reasonable price. I have used BAM Quality lawn care for several months now and will continue to. The lawn is always taken care of on time, they are very friendly and their new online payment system makes it simple to take care of the bill. It can be difficult to find a reliable lawn service that is also reasonably priced and BAM Quality Lawn is just that. I would definitely recommend them.

They pay close attention to detail; there wasn't a blade of grass left on my sidewalk! They had excellent equipment and they were in and out, all while leaving the lawn looking perfect. Bailey was responsive to my requests. I had used other lawn services in the past who rushed the job simply to get the payout. I found Bailey to be extremely polite and courteous. He arrived when he said he would. I felt he took pride in his work and made a point of leaving the property immaculate. No debris or grass clipping left behind.

grass never looked this good! As I mentioned above, shrubbery looks beautiful. We have contracted to do lawn at 35.00 per week, and Bam Lawn Care was reasonable for the extra shrub work on this initial lawn care.(only $25.00 extra) Had a lower quote, but no one had the nice equipment and professionalism shown when quoting and working.

BAM Quality lawn care provides me with bi-weekly lawn service. Although they are not the cheapest/lowest price in the area, they are not the most expensive and prices are in-line with other companies. The service and responsiveness is what makes them so great to work with! Bailey himself answered any questions I had, and the lawn services they have completed are done with quality and care. They go above and beyond, carefully moving items that need to be moved and directing debri and overspray away from vehicles and the house.
