Michael arrived, gave me verbal explanation of how he does the assessment. I asked he not go on the roof, and he said it was no problem, he'd work from the ladder for us. He assessed, explained condition (good, nothing needing repair) and blockages (had a couple), and gave me cost $40.00. He cleaned gutters and downspouts both sides of the mobile home, bagged up all his debris, answered any questions I had, recommended annual inspection/cleaning, and was on his way. Very professional, friendly, left no mess, and had smiles and hand shakes. Would HIGHLY recommend using these folks for your gutter needs !! We will have them back again next year or sooner if needed. Very satisfied from first phone call to job finished !!

Very well, AJ's did everything needed as promised. Aric and Mike were very professional, timely, easy to work with. There was confusion on payment method (totally mine), Aric was very helpful and patient in resolving issue and communication with me.

Great! Everyone I spoke with was professional and polite from Arik who scheduled the work to Michael who came out and did the job. Michael is fast and very efficient! Pricing is also pretty competitive.

A date was scheduled and I postponed it due to a conflict in services. When I rescheduled, I provided three date options and the first was selected and I was given a two hours arrival window. The representative arrived exactly on time and explained what he would do. I could tell by the amount of time spent that a good job was being performed. I was thrilled with the clean job and the professionalism displayed. I highly recommend AJ's Services.

We used an Angie's List special to hire A.J.'s Services. They contacted me immediately to schedule the service, but we weren't ready to have it done yet (the purchase was good for 6 months) because we had a large oak that was still losing leaves and tons of pollen. When we were ready, we called and got a quick response. They came as scheduled and did a thorough job. I would definitely use them again. Plus, I don't have to worry about my husband being up on the roof!

As soon as I posted an inquiry, my phone range to arrange the appointment. The worker came on time on day scheduled. He was very carefull with our property, and did the work quickly with no fuss.

The technician who came was punctual and did an extremely thorough job. He cleaned the gutters as well as the entire roof which had a lot of debris from an overhanging cedar tree.

I'VE USED THEM TWICE. BOTH TIMES MY ROOF, GUTTERS AND THE TOP OF MY POOL ENCLOSURE WERE A MESS, AND BOTH TIMES I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE-- THEY BAGGED EVERYTHING UP (ANOTHER COMPANY JUST BLEW EVERYTHING OFF AND IT TOOK ME WEEKS TO CLEAN UP THE MESS) AND WHEN THEY WERE DONE YOU'D NEVER KNOW THAT ANYONE WAS THERE. MICHAEL WORKED NON-STOP FOR A LITTLE OVER 5 HOURS. BECAUSE I HAVE A LARGE ROOF, A LOT OF GUTTERS, A LARGE FLAT SCREENED-IN LANAI AND A LOT OF PINE AND OAK TREES, I PLAN TO HAVE THEM SERVICE MY HOME TWICE A YEAR.
