We first started calling around to several roofing companies. Many had said the earliest they could come out would be about a week later. Brent Griffith also said it may be several days but still came out to review the damage and give an estimate. He was very professional and polite. He took a look at the leak, then got up on the roof to take a closer look. He identified the problem where water was pooling where two slopes met and recommended repairing just that area. The rest of the roof looked okay. He emailed a written estimate/proposal the following day. We agreed and he would contact us once the rain let up and he could get to work. He also had a few other jobs ahead of us. Someone from his crew had stopped by twice to take a look but it started raining before they could do the work. They did a temporary patch to stop the leak until the roof could be repaired. His crew then came back a few days later and spent 5 hours completing the repair. In the area of the leak they removed existing shingles where two roof slopes met, then resealed and shingled. Where the slopes met it now looks much smoother, and the new shingles matched our existing roofing color so you couldn't tell there was a repair. We have since had a heavy downpour with no issues. Job well done!

The original roof had been installed incorrectly by another roofer when the home addition was built in 2006. Also the Florida Room had leaked since the install in 2012 in spite of having the installer out many times to fix it. Brent Griffith came out and explained what the original installers of both additions had done incorrectly and guaranteed his Re-do would resolved all my roofing problems. All issues related to previous roofers and Florida Room contractors poor workmanship were resolved on main, addition, as well as the Florida room addition as Brent Griffith told me they would. We have had some pretty hard rains since and so far so good.

Everything went very well. On time, professional, cleaned up after themselves.

After reading a lot of reviews, I requested quotes from 3 top rated Angie's List roofers. B Griffith wasn't quite the cheapest, but they were close, and several thousand cheaper than the most expensive bid. I say that because although price is important, their responsiveness and professionalism is really what won me over. They always replied within a day (usually within hours) of me emailing them with questions or requesting information. I can't say that about the other companies I talked to. They were on-site as scheduled for the tear-off at 8am, and by the end of the day the old roof was gone, wood replaced as needed, and roof paper put down. When I got home around 6pm they had already finished for the day, and everything was cleaned up. The roof went on as expected over the next several days, and everything turned out great. We are very happy with their work and the entire process, and would use them again (hopefully not for another 20+ years). .

Mr. Griffith was punctual and reviewed our tile roof issue with detail. We had leaks caused by cracked tiles and defective boot flashings. Roof is flat tile with a high pitch and slippery. Unfortunately, worker that arrived to do the work (repair cracked tiles and install new roof vents) was surprised to see that it was a tile roof and had such a high pitch. There was obviously a failure in communication there. He had to leave to get rope at home depot and then did work. Work done on vents/boots was excellent from what I can see. Cracked tiles were repaired with a foam product that caused tiles to buckle up and can be seen from the street. It has rained since repairs, so I think the repair is working but cosmetically, the foam is a disappointment. Again, this is a communication issue- had they told us they were using a sprayfoam that would cosmetically disappointing, then we could have chosen what to do. But the product was used, applied and repair done before we even realized what they were doing. However, price was hard to beat and lowest of all bids.

1 week after repair, it rained and roof continued to leak. Called for 2 days without response. Had to cancel patients because of leaks. Finally, on day 3, they returned and worked on the roof. Sent us an additional bill. I explained that it was leaking in the same spots. They explained that they were different leak but drained in the same spots. I refused to pay their latest bill. 6 weeks later after a rain, the roof continued to leak. I called and was told they no longer did repair work. I explained that they were paid to repair a roof leak and it continues to leak. They said it was not their problem.

It went very well. We live in another town and the work was completed without us being there. There employees took pictures of the roof and sent them to me via text messages. They were all very nice from the owner, the office staff and the roofers. There was a bad rain storm the other day and the realtor says no leaks. That what I wanted to hear. Job well done.

The rep came and was prompt and professional. He pointed out the scope of the work and materials one must be familiar with to have a truly quality roof, and to make a equivalent comparision when getting a few quotes. I decided to wait a year or two as most of the reps agreed I had that much more life in the roof. Had I went ahead now, if I could have negotiated a lower price, which he said he was open to, I would have went with this company.

They responded in a timely and professional fashion, small wonder they are one of the top roofers in the area.

Brent is very personable and cares about the quality of his crews' work. The job was done well and I would highly recommend him.

The service went great. Two technicians came out and completed the work in an afternoon. They were very professional and did a great job. They were good at explaining everything to me. I had no problem scheduling the service.

They did a great job. Sevice was quick, polite and courteous. The installers were friendly.

I purchased a $69 Big Deal for this service and it worked okay. It was a while back, but it was good. They were responsive when I called. They did a good job. I paid about $300 total for the job. They were punctual and had good follow up.

It was very difficult to schedule the repair after agreeing to the service. but after several attempts the owner contacted me and made sure the work was completed and done properly. After a difficult start I was very pleased with the follow up and the desire to make me a satisfied customer. I would definitely use them again.

The work turned out to be more extensive than originally estimated but the owner, Brent, stood by his original estimate. He was very fair and great to work with. I recommend him to anyone wanting a contractor that does excellent work and wants their customer to be happy at all costs.

Griffith roofing removed the existing flat roof, installed tapered insulation to both help with the heat and, most importantly, create slope to move the water off the roof. I choose Griffith because of their Angie rating, time they have been in business and honestly I liked the way Brent spent time evaluating my old roof. He suggested several options (most other roofers did not) including TPO. I had done research before hand and had all but decided that TPO was what I wanted to help with the expansion issues seen with the torch down. He and his crew did the job in one long day and returned promptly to fix a couple of minor things I found. The TPO system is very different from our last flat roof (torch down) and with the taper we see very little standing water on the roof after a storm. The insulation stops some of the noise when its raining but not as much as I had hoped. Brent, while obviously very busy, returned my calls within 24 hours - not immediate, but better that most of the others. ,)

Excellent experience. Would highly recommend the company. Keith was very accessible from start to finish, answering all of my many questions before and during the process. Estimate was $7,200 plus 12 - 15% to replace damaged wood, flashing around chimney and several areas of exterior molding, adding squirrel protectors and an extra ridge vent over the garage, ect. Total cost will be on target with that estimate. No surprises. Employees were professional and efficient. One of the best overall home improvement experiences in 20 years.

We had B. Griffith Roofing replace the 25 year old roof on my mother's home. The roof was in bad shape and old termite damage was evident. The owner Brent was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our questions. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and our family agreed that we would readily utilize their services in the future.

Prompt estimate, work performed on time. Both occasions the problem was solved. (leaky roof).

After an initial review and grade of F for the work performed, Mr. Griffith came out to the house to speak with us and inspect the work performed by his employee. He found that the work was not done properly and immediately had the work repaired to our satisfaction.

Npt the cheaps bid I got on replaceing my roof But did like the way job was explained to me There was a mix up on when job was to be done But worked out in the Just waiting on the next Storm to see if I get any leaks

Being a builder myself, I would rate them an A+. To rate them an A would be understate, must be an A+. Very precise and quite a perfectionists.

Everyone was excellent. It's a nightmare when something like a roof leak happens on a weekend, and Brent and Keith were very understanding and responded immediately. Repair was scheduled for 4 days later, and John did the work. I haven't been up on the roof, but I totally trust these guys and will definitely call them again! What they said made sense, they were very professional and said my roof didn't look too bad, which was a bit of good news. They could have said it was a wreck and pushed a new roof and I wouldn't have known any difference. I am very pleased !
