Description of Work: They did roof repairs. They came out right away for an estimate. He detailed the estimate and was able to set up an appointment to fix it. He was mostly putting boots on the pipes and mesh over the tops so squirrels don't get at it and to repair an area around around 20 tiles. I had asked about doing other types of work and they told me it would be a waste of money to do. It was mastic on drains and that it was a waste of money and not needed.

Description of Work: In Feb, 2007, B. Grittith replaced my entire roof including the flat roof addition. I was very impressed with Brent's crew and the quality of their work. He went so far as to correct a structural issue between the flat roof and the main hip roof that was done incorrectly when the addition as put on. When they were done, it was cleaned up so well that other than seeing a nice new roof, you wouldn't even know they were there. I noticed this weekend that there was a tiny leak over the garage and called the company at 8:30 in the morning. By noon, it was being repaired. The leak was not due to the installation but rather an accumulation of leaf debris from a neighbor's tree overhanging the roof. I hadn't realized it had built up and it apparently was holding moisture constantly and had rotted some of the shingles underneath. His crew repaired/replaced the damaged area and completely cleaned the roof off with no charge. The neighbor is working with me to have the tree trimmed back from overhanging the roof. I have recommended his company to several friends and co-workers and will continue to do so. Brent, you rock! Thanks so much.

Mr Griffith was polite, knowledgable, wrote up a detailed work description and quote.It sounded fair, I accepted and his 2 man team arrived as schudled, completed the work and cleaned up thoroughly.

Description of Work: I had reported this company as excellent before. After the roof was on, the vent in the garage roof(to avoid over heating)allowed leaves, etc. to come in during wind storms. Mr. Griffith promptly sent out Bobby who closed the vent gap and cleaned up where the leaves had come in. My relations with this company and another party I referred it to have been excellent.

Description of Work: Based on the excellent reports the company has, we called for a leak repair. Within twenty-four hours Richard was here for an estimate. He left a business card with the amount written and gave us a number to call and schedule. After not having our calls returned for three to four days, we called back and the office person stated we needed to send the estimate signed. I told her that Richard never left more than a business card. Then again it took three more days to get the estimate from them. By then more than a week had passed and the Florida rains did not give us a break,water kept leaking in the house so we already decided to hire someone else. Maybe once the job is scheduled things run smooth, but we were disappointed that no major effort was done by them to get things started. Was it just a bad day or the small size and cost of the job put us lower in the priority list?

Description of Work: We needed a new roof! Brent went out & gave me an estimate within 2 days. They took out the skylight, cleaned it, and reinstalled it with a new seal. The would have replaced any wood that was rotten, but none was. They had the color that I picked, and did the job in 2 days! It looks wonderful!

Description of Work: I CONTACTED GRIFFITH ROOFING AND TALKED TO THE GIRL IN THE OFFICE REQUESTING AN INSPECTION FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO MY ROOF. SHE TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. THIS WAS A FEW MONTHS AGO AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THE COMPANY.
