Description of Work: I had a leak in my roof. I contacted them and the receptionist contacted me back. She was very nice. They came out while I was at work and did an estimate. They were $100 lower than a previous estimate. They came out and did the work in one day, and I'm waiting on the bill. The only thing was after I faxed my signed agreement, I didn't hear from them for a week. I called and emailed several times, and almost hired another company. I got a call from the roofer apologizing for the wait and they came out the next day to fix the leak. It's been a week and I haven't seen any further damages. Their prices are competitive. As long as the fix holds, I'd hire them again.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate for a roof leak. Was told that estimates were not at this time as they had plenty of work. They would simply show up to work for a $250 service call fee and $65 per man hour. To my mind that simply gives them a blank check. Needless to say they will not be coming here.

Called the office on May 2nd and again on may 4th which I was told someone would call and set up an appointment. I never got a call back. May 12 called another Roofer and on May 13 they came out and will repair this week.

Description of Work: Brent the owner, came out himself to bid work for repairs. very professional and courteous. suggested to wait on some of the repairs till it is time for a new roof. Very upfront and honest. Would definitely put on the top of my list for a new roof.

Description of Work: The young man they sent was very professional. He examined our roof and indicated that he would help us fill in one area. To have the company help us fix all loose tiles it was $2000 which was very expensive. He contacted us last week to tell us he still planned on assisting us (with the blessing of his company) and wanted to make sure that we knew he did not forget us. However, at this time it is difficult to assess the work because I am not aware that it has been completed. I want to make it clear that this man was very helpful and is going above and beyond to help fix our problem.

Description of Work: This roofer inspected my roof. A previous inspector had recommended a major reconstruction of the roof. Mr. Griffith recommendation was, "This roof is fine, looks good and is competent. No work needed.". What a breath of fresh air! He had driven a considerable distance. He could have told me anything. He told me what he saw. He is an honest man.

Description of Work: I had used B Griffith Roofing in 2006 to completely re-roof my house. I spent a lot of money with them, but the quality was great. Then Tropical Storm Debby hit our area in late June of this year. The roof leaked very badly and caused a tremendous amount of damage inside of our house. Within a couple days after Tropical Storm Debby moved out I called B Griffith Roofing and left a detailed message asking for someone to call me back to schedule an appointment. At the time I did not know if their workmanship or materials caused the problem or not, but either way I felt comfortable asking them to come out and inspect the roof and get their opinion. However, no one called back at all. So about five days later I tried again and this time someone answered. She told me that they were busy because of the storm and someone would get back with me. It is now 8 months later and I never received a call. I understand that they were busy because of the storm, but as a customer that spent $7,300 with them I am very, very disappointed. I'd expect that we would have been given some consideration as an existing customer, not to mentioned that their work is supposed to be guaranteed.

Description of Work: The 10 point inspection was very good. He saw me after I worked. He was easy to listen to. He explained a lot of points to me. He was so good that I ordered a roof from him. Keith Bailey, the man I spoke to was very good. Since I work for a living, he saw me again after 4:30 so I did not have to take time off again. There was a very bad leak in my roof that ruined the ceiling. Mr. Bailey got an appointment to patch the roof in 1 week. He did the job just in time with all the rain we have. Mr. Bailey showed me the different shingles he could order. I don't know much about roofs but I do know that B. Griffith Roofing, Inc. can be trusted. The roof looks great and no leaks. He was very knowledgeable when explaing. I picked out the shingles that are energy efficient.

Description of Work: I contacted B. Griffith Roofing last week and was never put on their list for a call back. I called them the next week for them to come out to give an estimate for a 12x12 aluminum roof attached to our screened in porch that leaked when it rained. The guy that came out called the owner and he quoted a price of $2,000.!!!! The work was to tape all vertical seams on aluminum roof system and install white aluminum pan flashing along metal roof tie-in! I said no way! The price was ridiculously high!I then got a call from the owner the next day and he said it was a miss quote! He then faxed over a proposal with the price of $895.00. Still too high!!! This company is a rip off and I would never recommend them as a contractor.

Description of Work: Had a roofing problem and I had a very good experience. They followed up to make sure that all was resolved. Others told me I needed a new roof NOW, but they indicated that I had about another 2 to 3 years of life in this roof. I liked the honesty.
