Brent Griffith, owner, meets with all customers and supervises every project to ensure a seamless customer experience. We work with the best manufacturers, Certainteed, Owens-Corning, and GAF, to give customers the best options for their project. Description of Work: Removed old roof and Installed new roof. Replaced rotted boards. Installed two new bathroom exhaust vents. They also honored their $100 Angie's list discount and $50 senior discount. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and left our yard and the area clean and free of debris. The owner, Brent, came to give us the estimate and checked in as the work was being done. Their were two sets of workers. The first removed the existing roof and replaced the rotted boards. Then the second group put the new roof on. The roof was completed in 5 days. Although we did receive one other estimate we felt confident in Brent and his company. The office staff was great also, easy to talk to and always got back to you when there was a question. We could not be happier with the job that was done or the professionalism from B Griffith Roofing Inc. We would recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof or roofing related problems. They will be our go to for any roofing problems in the future.

This member was very, very upset that she didn't get the same pricing that we had done similar (but quite a bit difference) of work with a neighbor years before she bought this townhouse. She was not comparing apples to apples and had a bad attitude towards us and the owner before she even got her estimate. She claims she never received her estimate and yet we have a date & time when we emailed it and we never got back an error message saying it wasn't received. I called to speak to her regarding how and why she could justify giving us all F's and she became kinda of boistorous with me. She also claimed she called the owner out in the field saying she wanted her estimate and he asked her to please call the office staff regarding her estimate which she never did. We totally disagree and feel her leaving us this kind of grade is absolutey unwarranted and unjustified considering almost everyone we know highly praises the owner for his kind, quiet, professional attitude and our company for the excellent workmanship we deliver to our customers. We don't quite understand why (unless it's because we couldn't match her neighbor's price (for example - big difference from "reusing" existing siding than removing and re installing "new" siding, etc.) We are sorry you missed out on receiving excellent, quality workmanship from our company but hopefully you will from another. Description of Work: My experience with this company was fantastic from beginning to end. Brent Griffith came to my home at the scheduled time, inspected my existing roof and left me with a proposal that I accepted a few days later. He was courteous and professional at all times. His workers removed my old roof in half a day and repaired some damage. The complete job was finished the next day. A short time later he delivered to me the final inspection report and a complete set of photographs of the finished roof that I was able to submit to my Homeowners Insurance Company. The entire process was efficient, professional and quick. I can't give this company enough praise for the job that they did. I recommend them highly for any re-roofing job.

ALTHOUGH WE DID LIKE BRENT A GREAT DEAL, HE/HIS CREW MISSED SEVERAL AREAS OF ROTTED WOOD WHICH WERE RIGHT WHERE THEY WERE WORKING AND WE ENDED UP PAYING $800 OVER THE ESTIMATE WHICH REALLY 'HURT'. I AM AMBIVALENT AS TO HIRING THEM AGAIN AND IT WAS HARD TO PUT A NO - ACTUALLY 'MAYBE'.
