I began the daunting task of selecting a roofer to re-shingle my home in the beginning of January. After selecting three companies to bid on the job utilizing Angie's List I chose B. Griffith Roofing, Inc. All of the quotes were competitive. I met with Brent, he was on time, competent, helpful, and explained my roofing options. Once I decided to move forward he had this office manager, Casey took care of the permits, and the project began when Brent said it would. The crew completed the re-roof within two days, cleaned the site thoroughly after and even removed the truck in the evening during the project. I would not hesitate recommending B. Griffith Roofing. As a matter of fact, I have already referred two friends to B. Griffith since my project had been completed.

They cleaned up very well. They were very good in getting to me and starting.

They are very responsive, prompt, and complete.

Brent was extremely informative and helpful. The job was completed in 3 days even though he said it could be finished in one day. It was not an inconvenience though. The shingles I wanted were not available so he gave me the upgraded shingles. Bill was $90 more than I expected. Would definitely use them again!

Brent Griffith was prompt, courteous and very professional. He took me up on the roof and showed me the damage and how he recommended it be repaired. He did the job in one day. All debris was hauled away. You would never have known that work had been done in the area. I was very pleased with the project and would recommend Brent and his company highly.

Our experience is one of the best we have had with a service provider. The initial service was inspecting the roof for tile damage. The service rep spent 20 minutes on the roof and reported that there was one tile that needed a small repair. After the service personnel left, we discovered discoloration on our living room ceiling. I immediately called Mr. Griffith and asked if the guys could come back out. He said he would call the guys and they were back out in less than 1/2 hour. They found the problem; explained that the roof vent had been originally installed improperly; made the repairs. We haven't had a problem since. I consider this true customer service and responsiveness. Too bad there aren't more like B. Griffith.

This company was awesome. The estimate was done the day after I called, and the roof was completed just a few days later. The price was competitive ( I had 3 other bids), and the roof looks great!

IT WAS A SPECIAL ORDER WHICH HE HANDLED WELL AND THE JOB TURNED OUT VERY NICELY. THEY CLEANED UP WELL AFTERWARDS. WHEN WE HAD A QUESTION ABOUT EXTRA SHINGLES, THEY RESPONDED, AND WE GOT EXTRA SHINGLES FOR REPAIRS DOWN THE ROAD.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH QUALITY OF WORK. THE CREWS WERE ALWAYS BUSY WORKING AND THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL REMOVING THE ROOF BY TAKING CARE WITH OUR LANDSCAPING AND COVERED THE WALK AREAS AND PATIO TO CATCH FALLING DEBRIS.

I'M NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY. THEY CAME OUT A SECOND TIME TO FIX WHAT WAS NOT COMPLETED THE FIRST TIME. NOW THAT IT HAS BEEN RAINING I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE ROOF IS STILL LEAKING. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE SECRETARY ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THE COMPANY. I WOULD LIKE THEM TO COME OUT AND FIX THE PROBLEM I PAID THEM TO FIX.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN SEEING THAT MY CEILING WAS COMING DOWN DUE TO THE LEAKS. WHEN I CONTINUED TO HAVE LEAKS AFTER THE TARPING, THEY WORKED ON WHAT WAS TO BE THEIR DAY OFF TO WORK ON MY ROOF. THEY WILL WORK 7 DAYS A WEEK IF NEEDED. THEY WERE CAREFUL AROUND THE HOUSE AND FOR THE MOST PART VERY CLEAN. THEY HAD GIVEN ME SEVERAL OPTIONS OF HOW THE PROBLEM COULD BE SOLVED. A GREAT BUNCH OF HAPPY GO LUCKY, HARD WORKING MEN!

EXCELLENT. WORKERS WERE VERY VERY GOOD. CONTINUED TO WORK. WERE WORKAHOLICS.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS, AND SO FAR WE HAVE HAD SOME RAIN AND IT APPEARS TO BE FIXED. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT WITHIN THE WEEK WHEN OTHERS WOULD HAVE BEEN WEEKS TO GET OUT. THE OWNER EVEN CAME TO CHECK THE WORK. THEY ALSO TOOK THEIR SHOES OFF WHEN THEY ENTERED THE HOUSE. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A YEAR WARRANTY WHICH IS GOOD.

PROMPTLY RETURNED MY CALL. CAME WITHIN TIME PROMISED. COORDINATED THE CREW WORKING IN MY AREA TO COME BY MY HOUSE ON THE WAY FROM ANOTHER JOB, RESULTING IN SAME DAY SERVICE. CREW MEMBERS WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.

BRENT WAS GOOD TO HIS WORD! HE DID EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WOULD DO. THE ROOF CAME OUT VERY NICE. BRENT'S CREW WAS COURTEOUS AND VERY HARD WORKERS.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. THEY WERE ALSO REASONABLY PRICED.

BRENT AND HIS GUYS DID A GOOD JOB. HE MATCHED THE PRICE OF ANOTHER ESTIMATE I RECEIVED. DID THE JOB IN ABOUT 3 DAYS. WEATHER PERMITTING.

HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND IT HAS NOT LEAKED SINCE. I HAD THREE OTHER PEOPLE WORK ON IT AND NEVER FIXED IT CORRECTLY, IT STILL LEAKED.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND WELL. WE WERE TOLD IN ADVANCE WHEN THEY WERE COMING; AND THEY CLEANED UP BEAUTIFULLY, INCLUDING LEAVING NOTHING IN THE GUTTERS. WE HAD USED THEM PREVIOUSLY FOR ROOF REPAIRS, AND ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE NEW ROOF AND THE WORKMANSHIP THEY PUT INTO IT.

WE HAD ORIGINALLY PLANNED TO REPAIR OUR LANAI ROOF WHICH WAS LEAKING, BUT AFTER THE SHINGLES WERE REMOVED, MR. GRIFFITH SHOWED US WHERE THE WOOD ROT HAD EXTENDED UP THE ROOF. WE DECIDED TO GO AHEAD WITH THE ENTIRE ROOF REPLACEMENT SINCE IT WAS ALREADY 30 YEARS OLD. HE DISCUSSED THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF SHINGLES AND ROOF CAPS WITH US, AND SHOWED US THE DIFFERENCES. THERE WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES, AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

I DEALT WITH BRENT GRIFFITH DIRECTLY, AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE. HIS BID WAS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHERS I RECEIVED, NOT THE LOWEST, BUT NOT THE HIGHEST. SINCE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD EVER HAD A ROOF REPLACED, I DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT, AND I AM GLAD I CHOSE THIS COMPANY. I ASSUMED THE WORK WOULD BE CONTINUOUS ON A DAILY BASIS UNTIL IT WAS FINISHED, BUT THERE WERE A COUPLE OF DAYS WHEN NO ONE WAS AT THE JOB. HIS CREW WAS COURTEOUS AND WORKED HARD WHEN THEY WERE AT THE HOUSE, AND THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA AROUND THE HOUSE AFTER EACH DAY. IT TOOK A LITTLE WHILE TO GET SOME OF THE GUTTERS PUT BACK UP AFTER THE MAIN JOB WAS DONE, BUT, ALL-IN-ALL, I WAS SATISFIED. I WOULD USE BRENT AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY TO OTHERS.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND PLEASANT. HE IS VERY GOOD. HIS PRICING WAS ALSO VERY REASONABLE. IT WAS ABOUT $3000 DOLLARS LESS THAN OTHER COMPANIES AND EVERYONE SAYS MY ROOF LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, IT REALLY TURNED OUT NICE.

UPON FIRST CONTACT MR. GRIFFITH APPEARED IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR. HIS ESTIMATE OF THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE. AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS OF RAIN DELAY AND A LONG HOLIDAY WEEKEND MR. GRIFFITH PERFORMED THE WORK HIMSELF. HE COMPLETED THE WORK IN A QUICK AND EFFICIENT MANNER. EXCEPT FOR A ROOF THAT NO LONGER LEAKED THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF HIM HAVING BEEN THERE. MR GRIFFITH WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND POLITE. I WAS VERY PLEASED. AT MY REQUEST HE TOOK MEASUREMENTS AND MAILED ME AN ESTIMATE FOR A NEW ROOF WHICH I KNOW NEEDS REPLACING. BASED ON THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK HIS PERSONALITY AND HIS ETHICS I INTEND TO USE HIS SERVICES FOR ALL OF MY ROOFING NEEDS AS WELL AS A NEW ROOF. MR. GRIFFITH EVEN REDUCED THE AMOUNT OF HIS ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WITHOUT BEING ASKED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRIFFITH ROOFING TO ANYONE WHO ASKED.
