Fine service. Did everything in a timely, clean and professional manner.

Brent inspected the roof. He recommended that a shallow-pitched section that has experienced leak issues be re-roofed with either shingles or a granulated cap sheet, and he provided an estimate. He determined that the rest of the roof was sound. I had thought he might add roofing tar or some other material to a couple of previously-patched areas, since I had paid $69, but realized that he didn't have the materials with him. He did do a thorough inspection and gave me a comprehensive, written estimate in a professional format. My mistake, I guess, for paying Angie's list $69 for what would otherwise have been a free estimate.

Got a quick call back. Showed up on time and was very personable and easy to talk with. Did everything that was explained in the package deal and gave me estimates for further repairs and replacement. Professional and friendly. Wasn't pushy about what else needs to be done and did a lot of work for what I thought was a great package deal!

I found a "tune up" coupon We had an appointment window from 10 to noon. Brent called and said he was on his way but got to my house closer to 1pm. He was very nice and seemed thourough. He said he didn't see any major flaws and said it was in decent shape but old. The estimate I received for a new roof seemed reasonable and I will consider B Griffith Roofing as one possibility when I get a new roof.

I spoke with multiple roofers and had another estimate. I chose B. Griffith roofing because Brent Griffith was extremely professional during his estimate. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The cost was reasonable. I live in a six unit building and my roof is split by a fire wall between my neighbor on the west and I share a roof with my neighbor on the east. I was at work when the roofing job was done (2 days). My neighbors said that the workers were extremely quiet and hard working. (My neighbors spend most of their day on their front porch, so they would have seen and heard a lot). Another neighbor, who is in the electrical business and therefore on a lot of construction sites, was impressed with the work that he saw being done. My firewall/parapet needed to be re-stuccoed as expected, but Brent offered to seal the parapet until I could get a stucco contractor out there to re-stucco it. We experienced a rain and the rain came in between the parapet and the new roof. Brent had a worker come out and re-seal my parapet to prevent any future water leakage. I've had no problems since. The seam between my neighbor to the east and me has netted no problems these last six months, and we've had quite a bit of rain. I had multiple pieces of wood decking needing replacement due to water damage. This was a known issue and was not unexpected. I paid for the secondary water resistance peel and stick underlayment. Brent completed my wind mitigation form for no additional charge and delivered it to my work. He issued the release of lien as soon as I paid. He wanted no money down. Payment was due upon completion. I highly recommend B Griffith Roofing as long as Brent Griffith is still in charge. Should I ever need any roofing work done in the future, he will be my first call.

The work is fine but getting them to commit to a start date was not satisfacotry. When they did call with a start date it was early on the morning that they actually did the work. The only reason that it was done on that day is that they had a cancellation and wanted to keep their men working. I feel that this is a reputaboe company but would rather focus on larger jobs that bring in more revenue.

Mr. Griffith spent considerable time in the consultation explaining what he would do, what material I could choose from, time it would take, and cost. I appreciated this thorough care and the materials he left with me to study. His workers arrived each day on time; worked constantly. Were friendly and cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left. I was very happy with them and the well done job on my new roof. No leaks! It was costly but you get what you pay for. A third of the cost went to replace a lot of rotted wood all around the house. Griffith's company has been around for a long time, being a family business.. He emphasizes that his workers are employees, not contracted out...an important consideration I think. I would recommend this company for roof jobs. Excellent service. EXCELLENT ROOF.

They set an appointment for noon, but at about 10 after the contractor called and asked if I still wanted him to come over. About 45 min later he still hadn't shown up, so I called back and suggested to cancel the service. It took almost a week to schedule appointment. Didn't give me the impression that he wanted to do the job.

The estimate was given on a Tuesday and we compared price and warranty to other companies and found B. Griffith to be the most reasonable and they were available within a week. They arrived early and got right to work several days later. They returned the following day to complete the job and promptly packed up tools, materials and debris and went on their way.

Brent and Carol were very efficient and expedient in both the initial inquiry, estimate, and job. The crew were great and very professional. They did the roof in the time I had request and with no issues. They even found some boards that were not secure to my roof and they repaired the areas with new board. I would recommend this company over others I have checked on Angie's List.

The roof replacement went well till one of the workers punctured a freon line from the a/c unit with a nail. During the entire time of the roof replacement I never met Brent Griffith. Our entire contact with either he or his wife was by phone.. When I tried to explain as to what happened with the freon line Mrs. Griffith accused me of trying to make a bogus claim.I have a repair form from and a/c company stating that the line was punctured by a nail done by a workman.This has lead to further damage of the a/c unit to the extent of better than $2,000.00. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and service I received.

Overall excellent experience- the roofers were very conscientious and meticulous in their work- gave me an excellent price- cleaned up the entire area and left nothing behind- took about 2.5 days to do the job as scheduled.

I called them about wet areas in the ceiling after a hard rainfall.They came 2 days later on schedule as promised and found areas that needed addressed.They lifted the shingles in 2 areas under the pool heater panels and repaired and reinstalled the shingles.Then they installed a new galvanized cover to protect and seal up a vent pipe.Then they caulked around a window and checked everything else for suspect leaks.Two men were there for several hours and I havent had a leak since.Good job.

After waiting 4 months and still not having our leaking roof replaced by Another hired firm (Skylighters) we turned to highly rated b Griffith. The owner, Brent was very professional and prompt in all interactions. He did the job quickly cleanly and professional. My assessment is that he did a high quality job. I stronger recommend the services of this firm.

brent's crew worked hard with no hanging around or wasted time. both the tile removal/underlayment and shingling crews worked very well together; a real team effort and a pleasure to watch. when both portions of the job were done, each crew made sure that everything was cleaned up - on the ground it was as though no one had even been there when we received the bill a week later, there were no surprises. the proposal was detailed and they did everything that brent said they would do. it was a real pleasure to have guys like this do work on our house.

DRIVEN BY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! I have not met too many people nicer than Brent Griffith, from our first conversation to our last. B. Griffith Roofing offered the best price for our repair project. Unfortunately, we could not use them to complete the work because of our unique scheduling conflict. I will say that they are driven by customer satisfaction and I would call them again for my roofing needs.

They came and gave an estimate on Sunday, the day after hurricane Debbie brought down our roof. They found additional damage on our back roof and fixed it also. We are very pleased with our new roof.

Nobody warned me it would take 10 days for this job. After the first 3 days of dropping lg bundles of shingles, blowing fuses, hammering, I was forced to leave my house cause I was shell shocked & so were my dogs. Only 1 person then proceeded to lay & nail all the shingles. The job was well done but the experience sucked!

We have a flat roof addition that was leaking in '09. Brent came out and thoroughly discussed options and we decided that "raising" that low ponding area was the best choice at the time. The price was very reasonable for all the work. The removed a lot of the rotted rafter wood and actually ended up replacing more than expected but charged us just a portion of the additional cost. Cut to 3 years later and we have a leak in a spot close to the original leak. My husband checked and thought that the seam where Brent's repair connected with the original roof was the spot. Since this flat roof is a problem, I also asked him to give us a quote for tapering it so we could avoid all the ponding (an option he offered in '09 but we didn't pursue.)Brent came out the day I called (polite and knowledgable as ever) and took pictures. The roof leak was NOT his from his original work but was kind enough to offer to fix it while he was here. He was here for almost 2 hours and he fixed 4 areas that looked like we might have a problem with down the road and told us at this point with the repairs he did there was no need to replace and taper the roof! How many roofers would say THAT!!! I highly recommend Brent and Griffith Roofing. I've dealt with so many contractors/roofers and he is just a nice, knowledgable guy who charges a fair price.

Brent came out and grave me an estimate on his initial visit. After deciding to move forward, he scheduled a date and time to start the job. He and his crew showed up early that morning and started to work. They removed all of the old shingles. Brent and I walked the roof and he showed my all of the damaged wood that needed to be replaced. I authorized the replacement and then he started working. The crew was there every day working and the job went very smooth from start to finish. We are very please with our new roof.

Mr Griffith is apparently very busy (which is a good sign), and it took a couple of calls to get to talk with anyone. But then he came out promptly on Saturday morning and gave me a printed, signed estimate on the spot. He supplied verification of his liability insurance and workman's comp, which I verified with the insurance companies. We scheduled the repair, but then the workmen needed to reschedule my job a day later due to a weather-related delay on their prior job, which is understandable in the roofing business. On the next day they came out promptly and got it done. I observed the various stages of the repair and was satisfied with the quality.
