Quiet Guys lawn care

They reached out to me via text. They were professional and receptive to my needs. Unfortunately, we didn't move forward because their business was located far from my house. Angi did not properly match me with a service provider near my address. Quiet Guys seems to be more focused on the St. Cloud and Lake Nona regions or southeast Orlando. They are called "Quiet Guys" because they use electric or battery-operated equipment. If you're sensitive to sound, this might be the service for you. There was good communication via text and email.

Let me tell you why …… I loveeeeeee to sleep in & some lawn care company’s like the one in my previous neighborhood not saying any names were very noisy & I have a cat and we like to relax ! Quiet Guys Lawn Care were very professional when we talked about the plan to do some yard maintenance in my mothers yard . The yard needed a lot of work . They came out with in 2 days and Edgar was the point person. . We thought he was the owner. We were happy with the plan but shame on us for not getting a written contract with the details that were discussed and the estimate was at this time 2600$ As they worked they talked my mom into spending an additional 1000$. ( we live out of town ) We saw some pic after and it looked really good until a week later and we inspected a little closer . Several roots of plants were remaining and they did not complete the mulching as promised . They told my mom that they ran out . They also told her they placed some weed spray under the mulch but apparently they lied because within one week weeds were appearing. We have been trying to get in touch with the owner and he is never available and Edgar no longer works for the company . When you call the number provided you speak to a 3rd party answering service . David the owner finally corresponded via text and continues to say he did a great job and that he gave my mother a discount and she would need to spray for weeds weekly during the summer. (Crazy) Still waiting for a return call . I do not recommend this company . I should contact Better Business Bureau
