Description of Work: I had Jetta Stone install a new shower, OSCEOLA GLASS AND MIRROR LLC. measured and installed the frameless shower glass. I hired my friend who is a contractor to oversee all the work I had done on my home, his friend does glass but not in my area. Finding an installer locally that would match the price was very difficult. | |Jake measured and installed, he was just as picky as I am. The glass turned out much nicer than I imagined. All the people I dealt with from the lady who set up the appointment to the owner were wonderful to deal with. The people and the service are equal to the exceptional product they installed, both way exceeded my expectations. | |You can tell how a business is when there is a problem, at the beginning there was a minor misunderstanding which was resolved in less than three minutes after I called, that really impressed me because they actually cared.

 + 1 moreI initially contracted with them to replace 3 screens on Sliding Doors. There was a problem with fitment due to measurements I provided (NOT their fault!). They offered to come out and attempt to correct the problem on site. Unable to, they took the screens to the shop and took their own measurements. Apparently, there was an internal communications mixup which delayed completion a bit. After a call to them, they were very apologetic ( I believe one of their workers had been injured - thus contributing to the delay) and promptly came out and completed the job. The workers were all wonderful in their conduct and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the end product - we are. I'd highly recommend them for any of your glass, window, or screen needs!

He also said that he would be in the area Friday and could swing by if he needed to see the job in person. I sent him two emails with lots of pictures and he never replied, called nor came by on the Friday.

They (the parts) came in so quickly, they called me back a week early to ask if I had the time for them to they could install the parts.Of course I did. Parts were to take about a week they came in next day. Over the holiday season.

 + -1 moreOne of my front windows was broken during the night. I had it covered but needed it fixed ASAP. When talking to Osceola Glass and Mirror not only did they say they could fix it today but would be at my home within an hour. To my surprise they were. They not only repaired the window quickly and efficiently but picked up broken glass as well to ensure my family would not get hurt. The price was reasonable and the workers were friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.
