Description of Work: We used Yes Dear for pressure washing the entire exterior of my home.

+ 1 moreEverything that Norm did turned out well. He was at the house from 8:30am to about 6:00pm. It was a long day and as I said, Norm did a good job. I asked him if he would come back and take a look at some other items that I had that needed work. He said he was very busy and I should call him when I was ready for him to come back. I called him twice and left a message each time. He was not very timely with his response to my messages. That is why I gave him a B on his responsiveness. But, overall, I think he did a good job and I would have him back to do other work. He is very polite and respectful.
Description of Work: He (Norm Derocher) showed up on time. He immediately went to work. He fixed a trim board that was bowing away from one wall. He painted a portion of the wall in the master bath that had been spackled. He then went to work fixing trim in various rooms of my home. Discovered that he had cut some of the trim the wrong size for the utility room. I went to the local hardware store and purchased another board and some stain so the board would look proper. I wasn't really happy about having to do this, but he did a good job with these tasks. He fixed a towel rack in one of the bathrooms (I had the fixture parts). I reminded him that I wanted him to fix the towel rack in the master bath. He had not brought a towel rack. I went to the local hardware store again and and purchased a rack. Brought the rack back and he installed it. He then began to pressure wash the wrap around porches on my home. After he pressure washed the porches he cleaned some of the cobwebs from the ceilings (they are very high).

+ 5 moreI've had him out many times in the last year. He's also installed my chainlink fence in the backyard. He put tile around my bathtub. He's done pressure-washing on the exterior of my home and my pool surround, which came out perfect. He hung the ceiling fan on my back porch. He fixed some leaks under two sinks. His prices are really reasonable. He's the first person I call when I need something done. He's very honest with what his limitations are and will let you know if you should hire someone else. Whenever he's working in your home, he's very respectful. That's really important to me because of my kids being around. And if there's ever anything you're not happy with, just let him know and he'll fix it for you.
