 + 0 moreHad flooding for many years around 5 residential condominium buildings on Anastasia Island. They did a combination of excavation in areas to create swales and installed a series of 24" and 15" drainage pipes with check valves to prevent backflow. There is no longer any flooding on the property. It's also worth noting they met with the Army Corps of Engineers, the County Engineer, and St. Johns Water Management District and got approval from all of them for the work. The new drainage system also stopped the flooding of the street and neighboring properties. Very pleased with the work they did.

 + -1 moreCody did an excellent job of adjusting all my sprinkler heads and checking the entire irrigation system, including the timer and all the settings, to make sure everything was working properly. Cody and his team are great and I will hire them again and I would also recommend them to anyone.
