Description of Work: I had a portion of my yard that was saturated from the downspouts from my roof. We ran the downspouts underground until the end of my property.

 + -1 moreCody and team were thorough and diligent, on time and worked in the blazing heat to do my landscaping work. They even helped me put together needed documents for my HOA. Stacey was great at handling the invoicing and payments, and everything was as expected. Their pricing is fair, the costs are laid out up front and very competitively priced. Overall I am exceptionally pleased with the work done on the front and sides of the house, and will use them again for any additional work I might have done in the back of the house. Great group to work with!
Description of Work: I had flower beds in the front and sides of my house that were mulch and had washed out. The plants were dying, the soil was exposed, it was not good. I had Modern Oaks provide some options for replacing the mulched areas with rock beds and sheeting and some new plants. They helped narrow the selections based on my HOA rules and within a day they had all of the work done and it looks great.
