Anthony was able to add me onto his busy Saturday. He was exact with his time and money estimates. He is very personable His work was exactly what I was looking for

Anthony was very quick to respond and get my home inspection but the quality was subpar. My realtor said it was the cleanest report he had ever seen. Well this ended up being because he failed to actually inspect key points of the house. When he was going over the report on the phone with me he said my dishwasher was old but it was working. Fast forward to when I purchased the house and first time running the dishwasher- it leaked and ruined the kitchen floor, seeped through the back wall and ruined the lanai carpet and the dining room flooring and molding. We pulled the dishwasher out and it is obvious from the water damage that this had been a reoccurring issue. I texted Anthony asking if he inspected the dishwasher. He said ?briefly (1 min)?. When I told him the issue he said ?Inspecting a dishwasher is not part of the standards. If an inspector test a dishwasher it above the standards.? Now he is not responding. His failure to properly inspect the dishwasher is costing me over $3,000.

Anthony was on time. Knew what needed to be done. Was efficient. Got the wiring done quickly. My chandelier and light dimmer work perfectly. Would definitely hire again.
