James Gillan (owner) came to my home to give me an estimate for tree removal. He quoted price for the job, I agreed and he said he would schedule it for 2 weeks. (He also gave an estimate for next door neighbor who needed several trees removed.) His estimate was accepted. After 2 weeks went by I called to confirm when he would be here. No response. I called several times over following days/weeks and was ignored. I emailed and texted him as well, and was ignored again. I talked to my neighbors and was informed he did the same thing to them. I see from other reviews left for James Gillan that this is common for him. He is a time waster and should not be considered for services, he is completely unprofessional. I will be leaving reviews for this business wherever I can.

So, I only used them once. The work was fairly simple to describe. I had no complaints at all with their services.

I always had to contact Gillan to come mow my lawn, even though originally he said he would do it every other week. There was no service for several months because his lawn mower was in the shop and he didn't tell people till they contacted him. Lastly, after dealing with bad service for about a year he suddenly tells me he can't service my yard anymore because it's too far away. Of course he didn't tell me that until after I contacted him and my lawn was way over due to be cut. He notified me via text message and not a personal phone call. His service is also over priced at $30 per cut!!
