I would not recommend using Durable Lawn for artificial turf installation. The contractor failed to complete the job and ignored my attempts to fix the issue, forcing me to seek legal action. I am left with a half-finished front yard. They clearly did not properly research the rules and regulations for installing artificial turf in a right of way. The day they installed the turf, I received a violation from the City of St Petersburg for changing the right of way to artificial turf without zoning approval. I paid $18,600 for their services, and now I have to pay over $13k to reverse their work and have sod installed, or I’ll get fined $500/day by the City of St Petersburg. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for proper procedures and code regulations has caused me frustration and inconvenience. The result is less than satisfactory, and I am left with the burden of finding another contractor to fix the mess they left behind. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
