Description of Work: I purchased the offer to have the roof on my mobile home inspected. No where did I read they do not service mobile home roofs. The technician was very gracious about this, apologized for the inconvenience. I have no issue with Drew Roofing. They responded appropriately. In the future, however, they might state this limitation up front. Thank you!

Description of Work: I called repeatedly and after 2 weeks received a call back to book appt. A roofer showed up for appt, but immediately said his boss called him to go to another job; the roofer left without inspecting the roof. Owner showed up 3 days later but did not perform any repairs. Instead, he said he would email me a quote the next day. After waiting a week, I called back this morning. The owner said he would email me a quote within a few minutes. I called back twice this afternoon because I did not get the quote. I finally left them a message saying I was really disappointed in their service and would call Angie's list to request a refund.

Description of Work: my roof was old, and at the end of its life cycle, but not yet leaking. With all the rain we had in Tampa Bay, I knew it was only a matter of time before leaks would be present. I started to investigate roofing companies on Angies list. I came across Drews Roffing as one potential company. I read the reviews and seem to be a suitable one for me. I found four other companies as well and made appts with all for estimate. When I called Drew, I told him I needed a new shingled roof, I didnt at first get a chance to tell him that my roof wasnt leaking, before he offered to fix my leak temporiarly until he can get his crew out there to look over the damage. Drew kept apoligizing because he was jammed with work with all the rain but wanted to make sure my roof got the immediate attention it needed.. When I finally got a chance to tell him I didnt have a leak, he felt more relived then I did which gave us both a chuckle--- we set up an appt for an estimate. When I got off the phone with Drew, I was amazed he wanted to help someone like that, big companies wouldn't do that, they wouldnt come out and tempoary contain an issue until they can get to it properly. That was a WOW factor to me----- In the meantime, I had the other companies give estimates as well. When Drew came out for the estimate, he was a little higher than 2 other companies. But after learning he uses his own crew, and he worked with me on a install gutter company as well plus offering what he did days before, I knew he was the right man for the job. Drews crew was right on time as promised, his crew was very professional and polite. The job went extremely smooth in one day, and the clean up was excellent. The roof looks fantastic, and Drew doubled checked everything before signing off on it. I couldnt be happier with his work ethic and his professionalism. Trust me, read this companies reviews, this guy does it right the first time!!! Thanks Drew--

Description of Work: I called Drew Gribnitz on Monday, April 23 to do a roof repair on two sections of my roof. He came the same day to do the inspection---to see whay was involved. He promised to come back the following Friday (April 27)to perform the work with one of his employees. They came that Friday---as they promised. I would highly recommend DrewGribnitz, the owner of Drew Roofing, because he was honest, very responsive and did exactly the work he promised ----on the day he promised. Description of Work: Drew was very proffessional and responsive; however, I went with another contractor.

Description of Work: We got the estimate June 5, 2010. We were told it would be a few weeks before work could be done but they would patch the hole in the flat roof to protect the lanai until they were able to repair the roof. The patch worked fine but debris was blown into the pool which took me several days to remove. When the men came out to fix the roof, they were very neat and no more debris got into my pool. They were the most expensive of the three estimates I got but I felt more comfortable with what this contractor told us. have been completely satisfied with their work to date.
