I was pleased with the work that was done, however I had reservations about the price that I paid, although we signed a fixed price contract. I sent a letter regarding my feelings, however I've not heard back.

They weren't the lowest bid, but it included a lot more than the others. They showed up on time, did the complete job in a full day, and they hauled off all of the old materials. They also cleaned up really well after themselves. Two weeks later, they also had a shingle inspector come out and check the roof for verification. We are absolutely thrilled with how it all turned out.

.Came and did the job, leaving a small area uncovered and unsightly. After the first rainfall, we now had a significant leak. They returned 4 more times, never fixing the problem leak that they caused, and leaving ugly "glue marks" and cracked tiles. We ultimately had to hire another company and pay an additional $4000.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Fair pricing, excellent follow-up services, prompt, professional and fair. When it comes time to replace our roof I know who I can call.

Since the work was done, there is no sign of a leak anymore. They were punctual and worked the entire time they were here. I was very pleased with their work.

Everything went according to plan. Workers were prompt. Job was left clean.

We decided to go with B. Griffith due to different method of doing job. Drew was very nice and professional.

Drew and his crew came when they promised, did the work in one day, and cleaned up the premises. I arranged this job long-distance with Drew's company, (I am in Chicago), and they were very accommodating. Drew had done some patching work for me before and I trust his work completely. Very satisfied working with this company.

This was our second time using Drew Roofing for repairs to or home and both times the work was timely, reasonably priced and completed professionally and satisfactorily.

I called over to Drew's and talked to the staff because the roofing and aluminum look great. He is fabulous. He is the only provider who came in on the bid and said that he can complete all of the work I needed done. He is always on time and very polite. The follow up has been great.

The guys at Drew roofing did a great job. I had received a letter from my insurance stating that there was no proof the roof would last more then 3 years. I called several roofing companies to get estimates and opinions. They all wanted to replace the roof with the exception of Drew. He was able to do some minor repairs on the roof and give me a certificate for the insurance company so I could keep my insurance. They were able to put me on the schedule very quickly, and the workers who did the job were very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

They showed up on time both for the estimate and the day to do the work. They were very professional and respectful and did an excellent job cleaning up after and communicating to me on the progress. The new roof on my extension looks great and the repair work stopped a problem on my main roof. They also handled the inspector and when the inspector requested to have something corrected they came back within a week to fix it.

The job went well. Rebuilding the flat roof rafters was unexpected but needed to get wind mitigation certification. They had the highest quote but after talking to all the contractors I had more confidence that they would be the most trustworthy. They let me know about a Duke energy rebate. I filled out my part and mailed it to them, they filled out their part and sent it in for me. They gave me a state wind mitigation form filled out and signed by a state certified contractor. I was very pleased, they did high quality work.

Overall, the job went well. This company was prompt, did the job when promised. I had only one issue. I was not advised that I would need to cover everything inside the garage and was left with a massive mess. Drew worked with me on it and covered half the cleaning bill. I believe it was a miscommunication of expectations. I would definitely use this company again - but I would also ask the questions with regards to what was expected.

I highly recommend Drew roofing, he came by the first time and told me that I really didn't to replace my roof and recommended a couple of easy patches. Then upon selling the home the buyers wanted a new roof, I contacted Drew immediately and they got a new roof installed within a couple weeks. On-time, reliable, honest, I highly recommend.

Required several visits because source of leak no apparent. Did not charge extra for call back.

So I'm standing at the bathroom sink during a rainstorm and I feel water dripping on my arm. I look up and see a drip coming through the ceiling. The first company I called said they could come out and look at it in a week or so. Not so good. Drew Roofing said they could send somebody out the next day, so I went with them. Drew himself came out the next day. He and an assistant went up on the (concrete tile) roof and looked around. He explained that he believed that the problem was in the "valley" that ran along a seam in the tiles. I received an estimate by email the next day and they performed the work a few days later. The two guys that did the work were very pleasant, worked fast, and cleaned up completely. They explained that it appeared that somebody had tried to repair that valley previously but had not done it correctly (we bought the house four years ago) Received an email and snail mail invoice the following week. Applied my 5% Angie's List discount and paid by check (2.5% add-on for a credit card). Lots of rain the last few weeks, and no leaks. Highly recommend.

Below is a follow up to our review from April 26, 2014. The new roof was installed in May and Drew Roofing did an excellent job. Took time off from work when it was being done and the crew was professional and kept the property clean during the whole process. They estimated 2-3 days and on day 2 they were here 12+ hours to get it finished while we were home. Estimate cost was exact, no hidden surprises. Expected final bill when job was done and called about it -but they would mail it out. They wanted us to look at the roof and make sure we were completely satisfied before paying. The office staff was very helpful with answering any questions or follow up and responded promptly. Generally dealt with Jamie, the office manager. They also helped complete forms for our insurance company, forms for Duke energy rebate, provided pictures of the work,... Money well spent and I would definitely use Drew Roofing again for any roofing needs.

The experience was awful. They did not do the work that I needed them to do, and they tried to upsell me additional services. This was not helpful at all.

Professional and personal approach. When there was a question about completeness, got a prompt return and found a new problem-not theirs.

It seemed fine. They did an inspection and mentioned a few minor issues which I've addressed.

Drew came to give the estimate. I was late getting home due to traffic and he waited until I arrived. Gave an estimate of around $480. Two men came and did what was needed. They also cleaned off lots of leaves from the roof with their blower. As far as I can tell, the leak has been fixed. A previous company had "fixed" the same leak, but it appeared again. Hopefully, Drew's company took care of it. So far so good.

Was supposed to refund money. Never got confirmation.
