Description of Work: complete roof with GAF products. Installed impact skylight. Installed vinyl soffits and gutters. Interior finishing of skylight. Everything went fantastic. They performed everything they said they would do. The crew was punctual and courteous and receptive to our needs.

Was told the work couldn't be done until Fri 31. I asked to speak to the owner, the person who gave the estimate. When he called back and the situation explained to him he said he would have men there on Tues. The men showed up when he said they would. After an hour and half they packed up and left |What concerned me was the workers didn't say if they were finished, what they had done, or anything. I called again and the owner came by and took pictures of the roof of the work which had been done. Description of Work: The President inspected my roof on a Monday and they were here to fix it on that Friday (this is during the big time rainy season). Work was quick and the lone workman was on-time and polite. Some of the others I called (from Angies List) didn't even return my calls. |Drew is my Roofer from now on. Thank you.

Description of Work: I called Drew for an estimate and opinion on some standing water on my flat roof. he showed up promptly, on time, and with a very professional presentation. he was very thorough in explaining to me the ins and outs (and pros and cons) of our flat roof. and he ended up advising that nothing needed to be done. i was a big fat bass waiting to be hooked, and Drew did the right thing by us. he is on my lest if i ever need a roofing contractor. just my two cents!

Description of Work: Drew's Roofing came out and assessed roof. Estimate written up and presented. No mention of date to "go over" existing roof. (Estimate was to be for flat roof only as rest of roof was replaced 4 years ago). Estimate presented very high compared to other estimate. Decided to go with another company.

Description of Work: I did not hire Drew because, for me, his estimate was too high. I have a small patch of shingles that have popped up and shifted away from the roof's ledge. I had originally paid for the roof only 8 years ago for @$4000.00. I wasn't about to pay $7000 to replace a small patch of roof.

Description of Work: I bought a "roof inspection" for $59 that included sealing the chimney flashing and fixing minor "nail-head" problems. Drew was on the roof for 10 minutes and did no work. I was later presented an estimate of $575 (that included the $100 pro-rated labor" to actually fix the problem. In essence I paid for a service call with no work actually done. To me this is a classic case and bait and switch. Had the "Big Deal" said that no work would be performed I never would have signed up.

Description of Work: After a bad storm, the kitchen ceiling started to leak around the ceiling fan. We contacted Drew and they sent someone out quickly. While he was here, he also did a thorough exam of the roof - it had been 10 years from when we had it previously done. He fixed the few areas that needed repair. The cost was very reasonable.

Description of Work: Replaced roof. They did a good job for the price, though I do not feel that the team did the best job cleanup. Otherwise the job was done in time, quickly, and any questions we had were taken care of by the owner. Roof looks nice and no leaks yet. I also believe the owner to be an honest man as he did not try to upsell me on things I did not need, like some other companies did.

Description of Work: They looked over my roof, recommended repairs and fixed a leak I had. Explained things very well. Work done quickly and cleanly and have had no leaking.

Description of Work: Drew gave me an estimate and told me what to expect. His crew came and replaced our patio roof in one day. They hauled off the remains of the old roof and cleaned up after themselves. In addition, Drew came out later to look at what I deemed an insurmountable problem--a leak in a bedroom that no one else (AC worker, plumber, another roofer and an inspector) had been able to fix. Within a few minutes, Drew was off the roof and the leak was fixed! Squirrels had chewed through some lead piping. Drew sealed it with polyurethane which squirrels do not like. He refused payment because he thought it would be unethical to charge for such a minor repair. It was a pleasure to deal with such a competent, ethical man. He has my business for life!

Description of Work: Thought that I should have someone look over my roof but when the service provider came out he said that my roof was in good condition and did not need a Roof Tune UP and that I should contact Angie's List for a refund. I believe that this provider is honest and trustworthy, he didn't even need to get onto my roof to determine that it was in good condition. He came out on the appointed time and took a quick look only to tell me that the service was not required- something rare in these days.

Description of Work: We knew we had a few leaks that appeared after recent torrents. We bought the Big Deal for an inspection, report with photographs, and up to 3 minor repairs by Drew Roofing. When the inspector came out, he quickly said that he could patch the leaks but would just be taking our money and the entire roof was in bad shape. We did not get the report, but that was understandable since he didn't bother doing much since he already knew the answer. We knew the roof was nearing the end of its life, so it wasn't unreasonable. We have since worked with Drew Roofing and are planning to have the whole roof redone by them, and they've been very professional to-date, both in expected aspects (on-time for measurements, explaining options) as additional ones, such as helping to find a contractor for our pool's solar panels (which have to be removed and re-installed on the new roof). I've been happy with them. I chalk it up to unfortunate that the $77 Big Deal will now cost many thousands.
