They were nice to deal with, very pleasant and tried on numerous occasions, but never really repaired the leak. We called in a company that only does flat commercial roofs, and they fixed our leak in one attempt. I was disappointed that after several requests they refused to refund even a portion of what we paid them. I suspect they would be very good on single family dwellings, as they have many good reviews in that area.

They did a fantastic job. I would hire them again.

Excellent and professional, quality work! Drew Roofing has been my roofing company since I purchased my house and was warned by my neighbors that my house did not have a quality roof. Drew and I decided this year was the year to stop making repairs and replace the roof. The roof took about 2 days to replace. My house had serious water run off issues. So, before replacing the roof, Drew studied the house to determine how best to proceed. He also brought a gutter person out to add gutters after the roof was replaced. The roofers arrived on time each day. They explained what to expect each day. They were professional and they performed quality work. When the roof was complete, Drew Roofing followed up with the gutter company to ensure the the gutters were installed. They willingly assumed that extra responsibility. For eight years, I have trusted Drew Roofing and the quality of their work and professionalism has always remained consistent.

After two other companies attempted to fix it and failed, Drew Roofing did a quality job and we haven't had a leak since this spring when we had the work done. They were great to work with and we are grateful to be dry especially during this tropical rain season.

The company did a good job. I am satisfied with the work they did. I had a problem with a piece of the fascia board about a year later, and even though it was not related to the work they did, they came out and repaired it for free.

Drew himself came to inspect the roof and provide a quote, which we had within a few days of our initial contact. The workers arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning up and removing all the debris. They missed one of the soffit areas on the first visit, but the company was very eager to get the job done to our satisfaction and sent the guys back and took care of everything, with no questions or hassle. The price seemed very fair considering the large amount of work that needed to be done. I will definitely call them in the future for periodic maintenance, and they will be my first choice when the time comes to replace the roof.

Drew and his employees respond immediately, are always professional, provide excellent service and perform exceptional work. Over the years, I have come to trust and rely on them for my roofing questions and problems. They always provide honest answers and solutions at reasonable cost with high quality work.

The estimator was very slow to respond, missed scheduled appointment and did not return further flow up calls.

Pretty smooth sailing, we made an appointment for them to come and asked them to take pictures for us as this was a rental property across the country from us. Did great work and did the whole roof in 2 days. They include a 10 yr warranty and offered a 25 yr upgrade for very little money.

They did a tremendous job for me. It took them about six months to do what they did.

The workers came out and repaired the roof and anything else that look bad.

He arrived an hour early, and I wasn't home, so he went to Home Depot, and came back, still was 1/2 hour early, but I was home. He cut the cupola to fit the roof, and 2 more men arrived to help install it. Took about an hour, one man stayed on the ground to make sure the cupola lined up with the roof line. Really nice guys, very professional.

Although I stressed it was a 2 story house, crew arrived with a single ladder too short to reach 2nd story roof. Had to reshedule to do the repairs. I was satisfied with their work.

The job was done very carefully and professionally with each step explained. We originally thought the pool cage would have to be pulled away but Drew Roofing was able to do the work without pulling the pool cage supports away just unscrewing it from the fascia.

Everything went really well, and it was a great experience. Drew was readily available whenever I needed him, he and his crew did a great job for a fair price, and they didn't leave behind a mess. Ultimately, I'm a very happy customer and would definitely recommend Drew Roofing.

Owner visited the job site, determined location of new vent penetration and marked same. Told me his crew would be at my house the next day to do the job. Crew leader called to let me know specific time they would be on the job. They arrived on time, consulted with me to confirm the scope of work. Got on the roof, did the work without any disruption. I paid the owner later that day. We've had numerous hard rains here since the work was completed - no leaks, no problems.

Drew was very professional. Job was done quickly. Our only complaint has been finding roofing nails for months. Sometimes in our shoes, painful and annoying. Other than that we've been happy with the roof

My roof was leaking from the front corner of the house and they did very good work. Drew himself is who came out to give me an estimate. Then he sent a couple guys out to complete the job. The guys were very good as well.
