A young man came out today and said he thought he knew what was causing the leak. He drew up his plans and explained it all to us. We're leaving town today and he will be finished with the project by the time we return. The reason the job hasn't been completed is because he is waiting on the weather to dry out. He didn't ask to be paid until the work has been completed. I thought this was very important to include.

We obtained 4 estimates from roofers and felt the most comfortable with Drew Roofing. Drew quickly provided an estimate and scheduled and preformed the repair . The initial repair failed to stop the entire leak and Drew returned promptly to repair our roof He was readily available by phone or e-mail.. We will use him for all future needs.

The entire experience of having a new roof installed went very smoothly. The crew worked continuously throughout the days they were here and they were very polite if any questions needed answering.

Drew was quick, prompt and responsive. The main phone number goes straight to his cell phone. He acme out the day after I called him and had the roof repaired within 48 hours. He then, came out again for certification within 24 hours of calling.

I've had Drew Roofing install roofs on two different houses in the past 6 months, as well as skylights on the last job. The price, professionalism and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Everything was done right the first time and on schedule. I highly recommend Drew Roofing.

Drew arrived within hours of initial call and quickly identified areas of chimney where water was leaking in. Offered a very fair price to fix the leak, as well as paint the chimney. Drew completed the work himself quickly and professionally. Great company. I wouldn't hesitate to use Drew Roofing again.

Drew Roofing was not the only contractor I contacted. However, I selected Drew roofing because of the fact that they still apply hot mop systems and I did not want a torch down system. They were also $500.00 higher than the next lowest estimate but again, I've had problems in the past with torch down systems and did not want to go through that experience again. The extra money was worth the piece of mind to me. I knew as soon as Mr. Gribnitz got out of his truck that I would most likely go with his company if his bid was reasonable. He was very professional and courteous and listened to what I had to say about the past history of the roof. He didn't haggle or put me off and gave me an estimate on the spot and during all phases of the job I was kept informed of what the crew was doing. When they ran into a lot of rotted wood and damaged roof joists there were no extra charges for the repairs and when they found two layers of poy-iso board on the old roof instead of one and it took them twice as long to do the demolition there was also no extra charge. In fact, where the job should have been completed in one day they had to bring a crew back for 3-4 hours the second day to finish up because of all the problems they ran into. After the job was completed I conducted my own final inspection and found a couple of minor items that I wanted Drew Roofing to look at. When I called Mr. Gribnitz there was no question in his mind as to whether I was right or wrong. He immeadiately sent his repair representitive out to take care of my concerns. The roof passed the final inspection by the City of Pinellas Park Building Inspector with flying colors.

Drew arrived ealy in the day as scheduled with a good sized crew who knew their job. They completed the job in one day by working hard through the day with only a lunch break. The workmanship in both the carpentry aspects as well as the roofing installation itself was excellent. They also insured that the debis was removed, that all nails and scrap metal were collected using a magnetic sweeper, and that the yard was a clean when they left as when they arrived.rds.

I have used Drew in the past for minor repairs. Last year we received a letter from our insurance company (Citzens) stating that we needed a new roof. We received 3 estimates to replace room which was part shingles and part flat roof. Drew's estimate was in the middle and there was a $500 difference him and our lowest bid. We decided to go with Drew because of past experience, professionalism and reviews on Angie?s List. The roof was completed as promised and took 2 1/2 days to complete because they had other commitments. Note: If you have DIRECTV and a satellite dish on your roof, please schedule an appointment to have them come back to realign your satellite dish. Drew stated during the estimate that they would put the satellite dish back where it previously was mounted and they had a 90% success rate that there would be no issues. I am in the process now of submitting a rebate to Progress Energy because we decided to have Energy Star Shingles installed. I would defiantly recommend Drew to anyone that needs their roof repaired or replaced.

The 5 man crew arrived at 8:30 am and started the removal and by 5.00 pm the new shingles were about 85 percent in place. On 11/21/2012 they arrived at 8:30 am and by 2:30 pm they were finished. Prior to leaving they walked around the house and picked up any pieces of shingles or other debris that had fallen. While that was going on one man was circling the house with a magnetic bar picking up any nails that had dropped. Final inspection was completed on 12/14/2012. No defects were found. The crew was clean and respectful and I would use them again.

Drew came out to give an estimate on time. His work team showed up on time. The foreman introduced himself and answered all of our questions. Very clean job. All of the guys were professional and polite. Solid work!

Mr Drew came on time for the walkthrough and seemed very polite and professional. However I never received an estimate or a call from him or his company. I dont know what happened; he had very high rankings and a neighbor used him and was very satisfied. i probably would have used. Maybe the job was not attractive enough or too difficult. Albright contractors also declined to make an appraisal but at least were polite and left a message.

He shared that it would be 8-10 weeks before they could start the job and it was. The job took parts of 2 days as we had two roofs that needed replaced along with major repair of the soffit on one of the roofs. Afterwards, I had concerns on two areas where the roof tile met the flat roof and he sent a crew back over to fix it and it looks fine now. One of my neighbors asked who we used for the job and they also ended up using Drew Roofing and were pleased with his work. I would use them again if needed.

Overall wonderful experience. The pricing was in line with other quotes that we got from contractors, and everyone we came into contact with was pleasant to deal with. We did have a bit of "sticker shock" when we got the final bill, due to the amount of wood that was required to fix the fascia. We did know in advance how much it was going to cost per foot, but seeing how much it came to was eye-popping. Now just to be clear - I don't think that Drew roofing did anything wrong with this and we knew there was going to be a good deal of wood that needed to be replaced, but the difference was over $1000. I would suggest that if you are working on a tight budget you try and get an idea as to how much would may need to be replaced before the work starts. We had the wiggle room to cover the extra expense, fortunately.

The service was excellent. The owner showed up regularly to check on the crew. They return phone calls promptly and the job was done fast.

We needed a new roof and called multiple company's highly recommended on Angie's List. Drew responded quickly to our call for a quote and came out to look right away. When we decided to go with them, he came to the house on a Friday evening for us to sign the contract. He courteously and professionally explained the contract that night. even better, when we realized it would be a month or so before they could repair the roof and we told him we had some minor leaking happening, he climbed on the roof and applied temporary patches that held wonderfully. He even offered to come back before the job could be done if we had more leaks. The only downside was that we got called on a Sunday afternoon to be informed that the roofing would start Monday morning, which Drew apologized for quickly. Once we told them that those plans wouldn't work with us, they worked to find a schedule that worked. Workers on job site were professional and friendly - clean up was terrific. Great company - I would completely recommend them to my friends!

Overall the expierience was very good and professional.

The work was done per the agreement and on the specified dates and times. All work was done in a very professional manner and per the terms of our agreement. The overall results were excellent. They came back a second time to assure that the removal of nails in the yard was done thoroughly and completely. I had four bids to do the work and although their bid was a bit higher than the lowest bid, it included permitting and inspection by the city which was important to me and was not included in the lowest bid.
