Chenel's Chimney & Dryer Vent Cleaning

Needed the dryer vent cleaned and wanted to use someone local so we could schedule a precise time. Tom got backed to me right away and we scheduled a time convenient for me. Tom is very courteous and friendly. We were very pleased with his service and will absolutely use him again.

Tom is great, courteous, prompt and added no frivolous charges. It was mainly an inspection but he added a screen as well free of charge. Any future needs I'd definitely use Tom's service again.

Tom was punctual showing up for our appointment. He inspected the chimney and found the slab cracked and the flashing showing rust. He cleaned the chimney and ordered flashing seal. He came back and repaired the slab and applied the flashing seal. It was nice that he took before and after pictures so I didn't have to climb the roof. His work was exceptional quality and very pleasant to deal with.

Our dryer just stopped drying and I called Tom. He got back to me right away and came the next business day. Very courteous and friendly. Cleaned the vent in a timely fashion. I and my wife were very impressed. Absolutely will use him again. Highly recommend.
