It went well. Apollo was able to do the job a day earlier due to a cancellation. Alex Otteni did the install for us and he was great. Answered all of our questions and had everything done in less than 2 hours. Glad we found Apollo in Angie's List. Highly recommend.

The workers were EARLY! They were waiting for me when I came home for lunch, about 10 min before appointment time. They were great, professional and respectful of my animals. They were quick and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. We would definitely use them again.

It went well. They did a good job. EDIT*** On 8/5/2015, I discovered they had left a large burn about 3 by 4 inches in my cabinet. The first time they were not able to find the switch to turn on the hot water and told me i needed an electrician. The electrician informed me that the switch for the hot water was right in front. When I called Apollo back, I got a very rude person. I just wanted to tell the technician about the switch as it is a common thing in Florida homes. The owner called me back, and I explained the problem to him. He assured me he would tear up the check for that visit. I had another job for my fridge. They were supposed to be there at 8:30 in the morning. They said they were supposed to come from existing line, which I had no idea about. They had to have another technician to bring an additional part. Those technicians worked on several jobs for me. It smelled like smoke when they came back in, which I attributed to the welding smell. I believed him, but when I went to put away the groceries, I found the hole that they had tried to cover up.

Work was preformed at several locations. Jerry is usually able to fit me in the same day within an hour or so of when I call. Very courteous. Will definately use them again.

Excellent work. The job spanned several months because they had to wait for other work to be done in the bathroom, so sometimes they did not show up or call when they were scheduled. I believe that was because they had to work around our schedule. The work was perfect and the employees were very professional.

Had a leaking water heater in my back rental property, did some troubleshooting online and realized I needed a new one. Called their office and they set me up with Alex who asked a few questions to see if I really needed a new one. He realized I did and got me an appointment the next morning between 8 and 12 as they were squeezing me in between jobs. Came at 9, after giving a heads up phone call. He spent the day bring it up to code, and even cashed the rebate so we could get the discount immediately. New heater is way higher quality than what I saw at Lowe's and Home Depot with a solid install. Would use again.

Apollo was extremely flexible with my schedule. I was out of town and they were willing to come to my house and replace the water heater without me even being there. I came home to hot water and a job well done. These guys rock.

The plumber was prompt, thorough, friendly, and did the job quickly at a cost that was very reasonable.

I really liked his attitude, as well as, his personality . He was professional, quick and, the only plumber, (had three come out), that actually did a thorough job. I have not required another visit, thank goodness; he was the third & last. Also his equipment was good and I watched the video as he snaked the drains.

Excellent!!! Noel & Chris came out & cleaned out both shower & tub drains. Followed up w/drain treatment. Augumented both toilets & treated them w/calcium solvent. It went great - VERY happy with Apollo Plumbing & YES I have used them before & so did my late parents.

Showed exactly as promised, with great communication. Up front on initial delay because he ONLY wanted to use a top brand, and it was not available on 1 day notice---Had option to do quickly with marginal product, but cared about good service and quality. Friendly and professional. System working great, and quality of install was top notch -- much cleaner install than original unit.

Arrived on time with a crew of 2. Were courteous and pleasant. Got right to work and did a professional job. Cleaned up after themselves.

Geri from their Discount Rooter division came out to clear the drain. After spending time on the roof looking for the drain pipe leading into the house, he found that the people that remodeled the house had closed it off. He then had to move all the equipment into my house and rooter the drain from underneath the sink. He was very knowledgeable about this as well as helping me with several other issues that I asked about and that he had just found. The drain is running great, and he told me how to perform maintenance on it so that I would not clog the drain in the future. I would highly recommend his services.

They DO answer the phone.... But Ilike the previous reviewer earlier this month, I was told a delivery truck is there so they'll have to get back to me. Coincidence?? Pattern? Hmmm... I won't be taking their call, even if they actually call back.

Everything went well! I received a call back promptly after leaving a voice mail. Service was scheduled for that day and Bud showed up promptly. He was friendly, professional, and extremely competent. I will use Apollo again in the future. The price for the service was very fair, and the work was completed quickly.

Service was 4 months ago so I'm stretching my memory. Cut hole in wall and replaced improperly installed 90 by trailer manufacturer.

It went great, Alex was on time, very courteous, and very professional. I originally called about the garbage disposal but mentioned the problem in shower and he said he would gladly take a look at it. So glad he did, he made the proper adjustments and I now can take a shower that isn't too warm! I will definitely use Apollo Plumbing again!! L Edwards

The work was excellent. Apollo was dependable and prompt. I will always use them for all of my plumbing needs. They worked extra h****** my house and came out numerous times. I will highly recomend them to my friends.

It went very well. They did a good job. This was done at my rental property. They stayed in contact on what they were doing and what they found out. I am satisfied with the service and I would call them again.

Multiple bad experiences with this company. The first time we scheduled to have Apollo Plumbing come to our house for maintenance on one of our toilets. While they were working in the bathroom, we overheard them make rude comments about some of the decor in our house and laugh amongst themselves. They were generally unfriendly to myself and my husband. They were supposed to charge us a fee that we agreed on over the phone. When they pulled out the paperwork, he explained that the original amount was incorrect and charged us almost double what we had agreed upon. Should've walked away then, but plumbers are hard to find...so... Second chance: we later had a sink leaking that needed some piping replaced. Called Apollo to come in. They scheduled us for an afternoon appointment the next day. The plumber arrived early in the morning. We said we weren't ready for him to come to the house, kids were sleeping, etc. He literally slammed the door shut and left (though he had arrived 2 hours earlier than our appointment without warning). We then called the office/owner, to explain that a mistake must have been made....he said that the plumber "wouldn't be able to make it to our scheduled appointment." We asked "why" and he said, he didn't appreciate being turned away, then he hung up the phone on me! I tried calling back, no answer. Left a message. Never heard back. What a terrible customer experience. This is not how customer service should work. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

I ended up replacing the water heater on my own. They didn’t get back to me about canceling the deal until after my second request.

Chris initially came to look at our leaking sinks. He was very friendly and said he recommended that we purchase new faucets rather than try to fix them. He charged $79 to come out and look at them but said that would be applied towards the price of changing out the faucet ($125/ faucet). I purchased the faucet and called Chris to schedule for him to come back to install it. I had the "1st appointment of the day" at 9am. At 11am Chris and Alex showed up. They changed the kitchen faucet but refused to apply the previous $79 towards the bill and for some reason said that it would be $135 instead of the previously quoted $125, so I ended up paying: $79 + $135 (plus cost of the faucet). I did not like the dishonesty of how I would be charged and for this reason would not use them again. ** Within a few hours of writing the above review I was contacted by 2 different people from the company offering their apology and they even offered to waive the bill. I was very impressed with how they addressed this matter.

Called to set up appointment. As the nice lady told me, the plumber called back to ask what the problem was. Set up an appointment for following afternoon, told me to shut off water to toilet in evening for quiet. Two young men arrived on time next day, looked at toilet innards and went to get replacement parts. The plumbers returned and rebuilt both toilets. Bud and Chris worked efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. It is a family business and we would recommend them to all.
