Alex was very professional and had no issue crawling under the house to assess the problem. Despite having galvanized pipes, he was able to repair the leak. He also fixed the leaking shut off valve without replacing it. All done within home warranty's estimate.

The guys came out and were very nice. The guy who scheduled the appt and the two service guys were all very nice, patient and took time to answer my questions and explain everything. They scoped out my drains and vents with a camera and discovered no problems. It was worth it to have peace of mind. I'm glad to find a plumber that I enjoy working with. Too bad I just saw the Angie's List coupon after they came out!

I have used this company before and thought they were OK. I decided to use them again. What a mistake! I don't normally bother writing reviews, but these guys were SO UNPROFESSIONAL, they don't deserve a "free pass". I made an appointment and they called to try to cancel 30 min. before the end of the 4 hour window. They said the "office" would call and reschedule. They never did. I called and rescheduled. They showed for the 2nd appointment, and replaced a toilet (leaving a trail of muddy footprints). The $300 toilet was $99 at Home Depot. I was told my laundry sink was "fine". I showed up at the property a few days later and found a huge puddle of water in my shed. When I called them to follow up, I was promised that the plumber would address the problem the next day (Saturday) after his a.m. job. He never called and never showed. On Monday I called the office at 8 am. It was almost noon before my call was returned. I was told me that they were so busy and, by the way, my laundry sink could not be repaired. Save your time and money, hire someone else. These guys don't deserve your business.

Instead of saying they couldn't do the job, they jerked me around for 4 hours saying someone's just about here, and then a guy showed up on crutches, who - surprise! said he couldn't do the work. By that time, all the other plumbers were booked up for the day. Worthless, money grubbing and awful.

Took a while but they got it fixed. Was in a small place so was hard to work in. Very nice young men.

My water heater broke suddenly and water flooded my garage. I contacted Apollo Plumbing after hours but they still had someone at my house that next morning. Responses fast to my call. Service was provided next day. Polite, knowledgeable and reasonable price. We bought GE Geospring from Lowe's because that's what I wanted, they installed quickly. New water heater was taller than previous one, so they had to install next to what used to be. Old water heater was 17 years old, and need to repair would cost $200, they suggested me to get new one.

The job went really well. Chris was able to fix all the problems on the first trip, except the shower. I couldn't leave work early enough to meet him before 3:00, and by the time he started on the shower, parts shops were closed. He ordered the part and came back a few days later to finish the job. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Would recommend Apollo to anyone.

The contractor just left. The insinkerator is blown, and the drainage is exactly as before they arrived, except both the insinkerator and the pipes under the sink leak. The drainage has worked fine since we purchased the house a few months ago. The previous owner of the home, as it turns out, did some pretty poor plumbing design. But the contractor left and said that although the insinkerator was blown during the service, the drainage was good for now. They said they would provide an estimate for improving the current badly implemented setup. But my sink, the insinkerator, and my pipes are now out of commission.

Services not rendered. Angie's list hours are listed as 8-12 on Sunday and that emergency services are available 24/7, as does their website. When I called at 8:15 am, the person that answered told me they had no people on call and were closed, and as I asked what their hours were on Monday, they hung up on me before I even finished the question. Very poor service and inaccurate information provided on availability in multiple places. If you are not open on your listed hours or do not offer 24/7 services, take it off your website.

It went very well. I called them Monday and they were out first thing Tueaday morning in spite of a tropical storm going on.

The experience went well. I was installing my own new toilet. Somehow the water supply line inside of the wall busted and water came flowing out of the wall. I called him at mid-night 12:00 am and he was at my house within 30 minutes.

They showed up on time and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They replaced my 21 year old water heater and repaired a broken iron flange under the toilet in my main bathroom. The toilet supply valve had a very slow drip so they went ahead and replaced it so it wouldn't be a problem in the future, caulked the toilet and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and professional and worked quickly together as a team. They answered all of my questions and did a great job. They may not be the cheapest company in town but, I've found, you really do get what you pay for. These guys arrived on time and did what they were hired to do and they did it correctly. That's worth every penny!!

Apollo was excellent. I inquired about having my water heater replaced on Sunday, they responded the same day and made the appointment for Tuesday, and 2 days later I had a brand new water heater. The crew was very punctual, did the work in just 1 hour, provided a quality install, and were very professional. I will use Apollo for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Apollo Plumbing did a great job removing a leaking water heater and replacing with an equivalent Rheem water heater. Two gentlemen arrived within the coordinated time frame and spent a couple of hours pulling the old unit out of the garage and installing the new unit. All debris was removed from the property. I also had the need to change out an antiquated main water valve. In addition there was excess piping from a previous water softner that I wanted removed. This wasn't scheduled to be done, but Apollo didn't hestitate to provide me with a solution of both a new valve and professionally cutting away the excess piping for an additional, nominal fee. All "A" grades above were solidy earned.

Alex and his partner researched my gas water heater, discovered that I was still under warranty, and replaced it the same day. They were punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will absolutely be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.
