On the first I was a bit worried the job wouldn't get done that day but they worked to after 5:00 to finish up. I did not realize they were a small company. We will use them again when the time arises.

From the beginning they were prompt, polite & and professional. I was told they would be there within the hour & they were here in about 45minutes. they were very knowledgable and solved the problem very fast.

He arrived about 4:15 and went straight to the roof with a snake, ran roughly 70 to 80 feet of 3/4 inch snake through the line meeting little resistance, I turned the water on in three sinks as he withdrew the snake. He's coming back tomorrow to install a ground level clean out rather than have it on the roof. Probably the only plumber we'll use, he does the job right, the first time!

I had Apollo Plumbing install new hot water tanks in a house i recently purchased (they did an excellent job at a very good price). So when i encounted a blockage i could not clear from my drain i called on them again. Within 24 hours Alex and Jerry were at my house where they found the problem and then went above and beyond that by checking every drain line (kitchen and laundry room) to be certain no other suprises were hiding. Both Alex and Jerry are very knowledgeable; they take time to explain the problem and make sure the customer understands it; further, they are very accommodating when answering questions and looking into other needs the customer may have. I highly recommend them.

The company is small, but responded quickly to my emergency. It took all day and cost $450, but in the end it was worth it.

I really felt bad for the man. He wore very old clothes, smelled like he needed a shower, was filthy, and had missing teeth. He was polite but I just felt uncomfortable. He forgot to turn off a valve and water spilled all over the kitchen. Again, I do not mean to seem unkind but I would not have him back.

I had a leak under my sink and asked him some questions about it. One of the parts in the sink was faulty. He gave me some free advice over the phone because he didn?t that the problem required them to come out. I did appreciate his honesty and free advice.

They provided excellent service. The person who came out was nice and his pricing was right. He doesn?t charge by the hour and charges for the actual job. I got an older place with older plumbing, so I wanted to get an experienced plumber and he has been in business since 1961.

They called me back within a half hour after I spoke with their answering service on Sunday evening, made an appointment for first thing the next morning and showed up right on time. They went up on the roof, and ran a snake down and out to the main line. They encountered a lot of rust, which makes sense since the house is old and had been sitting vacant for about a year before we got it. The sink is running fine now.

Excellent - Alex came & wiped his shoes before coming in (which I thanked him for) replaced flapper in toilet tank & shut off valve. He also used a wire hanger to break up calcium deposits in bowl which had accumulated over the years as well, which made the water in the bowl come up too high.

Called 7:30 Fri morning, receptionist answered on 2nd ring (!) I asked for Jerry, she paged him, within a minute he called back & was at my house about 2:15. I work part time mornings so I'm only available in the afternoons. He originally said between noon & 12:30 but got held up at another job & called to tell me he'd be here as soon as possible. He & Bill came, took care of the problems & were gone by 3 pm. EXCELLENT!!!!! Gerry replaced toilet's flapper probably within a minute or so (!), whereas it would've taken my husband half a day! Course since Gerry's a PLUMBER & he does this at least five times a day, it's no surprise it only took him minutes - still can't get over that one! LOL Anyway, Gerry's great.

I HAD GUESTS FOR THANKSGIVING AND THIRD BATH DEVELOPED LEAK IN WALL OR SO I THOUGHT. DISCONNECTED WATER TO THAT BATH AND LEAK RECEDED. 25 YEAR OLD COPPER PIPES. I BEGAN GETTING ESTIMATES FOR A RE-PIPE. A HOUSE FULL OF CHRISTMAS GUEST AND BATH NUMBER 2 SHOWED WATER FROM TOILET BASE, LOTS OF GUESTS/USE. RETHOUGHT PRESSURE SIDE LEAK AND SUSPECTED DRAIN SIDE LEAK. CALLED DISCOUNT ROOTER FIRST THING ON 26 DEC. I HAD USED HIM AT MY MOTHER IN LAWS PREVIOUSLY AND LIKED HIS WORK. EST WAS REASONABLE AND HE SAID HE COULD BE HERE IN AN HOUR! UPON ARRIVAL HE USED THE EXTERNAL CLEAN OUT TO ROOT OUT THE PIPES. HE USED SHARK BITES TO RECONNECT THE PRESSURE SIDE AND THINGS HAVE WORKED WELL SINCE. I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND GERI GOLDBERG PERFORMANCE, PRICE, COMPETENCY, ATTITUDE.

I was very satisfied with the service Apollo plumbing gave me from start to finish. Alex showed up on time as he promised, he removed his shoes before entering my house and even took time to pet my dog. Alex then explained what steps he had to take to replace my heater. While Alex was working I noticed he was clean and organized, not to mention he had all of the necessary materials with him. Even though he was a younger fellow I noticed he was very experienced in his field of work. He mentioned he was a third generation plumber and liked his job as well. I recommended Apollo Plumbing to one of my neighbors who was also very satisfied with there company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I CALLED THEM ON A SATURDAY AND THEY CAME OUT THAT SAME DAY. THEY DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA TO COME OUT ON A SATURDAY. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, HE WAS SUPER NICE, SEEMED REAL KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WE TALKED WHILE HE WORKED. HE EXPLAIN HOW TO USE A SHARK BITE AND WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY HE WAS DOING IT.

Geri came over and, with a partner, got BUSY. He worked like a beaver to get the job done ASAP. Didn't waste any time. Very capable plumber.

As a load of laundry drained, water backed up into both bathroom tubs. This was early Sunday morning. I couldn't get the water to drain back out (after trying with a plunger) so I called Discount Rooter. They came out within the hour and got right to work. It took him maybe two hours of hard work to get the drain cleared (of a tree root, we think) and to flush the entire line. He and his helper did a wonderful job. They showed where our underground sewer drain was and said if we wanted them to come back within 90 days and dig up the line and do a video inspection of the line and fix the source of the problem, they would give us a partial credit towards that work.

Arrived promptly as scheduled. Efficiently and effectively cleaned out a slow shower drain. The gentleman was professional, polite, and friendly and even cleaned up any messes with soap & water. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again in the future, should the need arise. Overall, when comparing prices to several other companies, Discount Rooter was the best.

Excellent all the way around! Was here within 1/2 hour, very quick and friendly service. Got to an removed clog with motorized 'snake' within about 20 minutes. Very professional and smooth transaction. The only one who would tell me over the phone what the job would cost up front, and who could give me an exact time as to when he would be out. HIGHLY recommended.

NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. KILLED 2 FLOWERING PLANTS WHILE PUTTING THE LATTER TO THE ROOF. WAS LATE BY AN HOUR WITHOUT CALLING AND TELLING ME THEY WERE RUNNING LATE.

I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST FOR ANOTHER BURST PIPE AND THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE IMMEDIATELY. THEY UNDERSTAND THE URGENT NATURE OF THEIR OCCUPATION AND THE PANIC IN A HOMEOWNER WITHOUT WATER.

We had an emergency flood, and Jerry came out in the middle of the night. They are very responsive, prompt and reasonably priced.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME USED QUITE A BIT OF CURSE WORDS. I REALLY WAS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THAT.
