Showed up on time, took time to go around the home to see all my issues, and then off to the store (Palmers I believe...the bomb, that place) for a few needed parts. No extra fee going to the store. Back in good time and all repaired in good time also. A two man team and quite professional. Thanks a lot, and I would use again and do recommend.

Early morning, I discovered a leak under the concrete slab in the kitchen, water everywhere. Called Apollo after consulting Angie's List. They were here by 10am and began the repair work. Alex gave me options for chiseling up the floor and fixing the leak, or just running new kitchen plumbing behind cabinets. After further discussion, I decided to have them run all new plumbing throughout the house to avoid the worry of future leaks below the slab. Alex and Chris worked well past 5pm to make sure I had hot water before they left. The work was totally professional and done with care. They advised me each step of the way as to what they were doing. They left the house swept and in order.

The two gentlemen from Apollo came out to fix a slow leak under our toilet at the water connection. They were on time and very professional. They put in new hardware to ensure that it was fixed and then checked all the plumbing around the house to make sure we did not have any other complications. They also installed a new hose bib at an outside faucet that had been"spraying" when turned on. This ended up to be quite a bit more of a job because he had to use a blow torch to get the old bib off (no wonder I couldn't do it myself! ). The price was very fair for the work done and they were very personable, friendly and clean! Would definitely call them again and refer them to others.

Shower/tub diverter was stuck in the shower position, internal faucet parts had failed and neeeded to be replace. Shower dripped lots of water and a fairly strong rate. It was a kind of difficult job because many parts had to be fitted, bought and replaced, with lots of choices of what might fit. Had to really know what you were doing because it was not a simple, replace and part and be done job. The men from Apollo were outstanding. Came early, were very professional hard working, clearly experts at their jobs. Great at what they did, and really friendly nice people. It was a pleasure having them in the house. They did a perfect job, charge a very, very reasonable price, and are great folks to have around. I would never use anybody else, ever, and highly reccommend them for any job, large or small. The best of the best.

Arrived on time, spent a good amount of time with us and were thorough and friendly.

They arrived right when they said they would, cleared our tub, sink and toilet. They also noticed a problem with our water pressure and told me how to get the part needed for free. They performed some extra work without being asked (and didn't charge for it). Plus, they were really funny. The price seemed a little high but, frankly, plumbing always seems expensive to me.

I called to get an estimate scheduled but they said that they really do not do estimates, instead, they wanted to charge me a service fee of $115 just to come out to inspect my plumbing. He also said that once they were there that they would be able to fix my plumbing for an additional charge and that would be considered their estimate. He quoted the price of gas as the reason for this policy. I have to drive back and forth to work everyday and no one pays for my gas. Seemed a little too shady to me so I said forget it. This company is too greedy for its own good. BEWARE!

I consider myself somewhat handy and can do routine things well. I called several plumbers on Friday afternoon looking for same day service only to be told it could not be worked on until Monday. I called Apollo Plumbing and spoke to Geri. He said he was on a job right now that would take the rest of the day but would be there early Saturday morning and call me at 8am to confirm. He called as promised and arrived about 8:30am. He and his partner quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately got out their tools. He had the clog fixed and finished the whole thing is less than an hour. He helped identify the location of of my sewage line in case we needed to know in the future.

I was having trouble with a sluggish toilet and assumed that my drain lines needed rootering. I called Apollo based on their Angies List rating and location. I got a recording, but was called back within 3 minutes. Their technician was out the very next morning right on time. This young man was extremely nice in a genuine way. He looked at the problem and determined that the drain lines were in all likelihood fine since nothing was backing up. Instead he showed me the inner workings of the commode and explained how that particular brand of toilet has a narrow drain in it that tends to clog up. He also showed me how the inner mechanisms were antiquated and how the water level was too low. He then took the time to show me how these things differed from the better brand of toilet we have in our upstairs bathroom. I could totally see what he was talking about. So instead of rootering the entire line, he replaced the works and raised the water level in the old toilet. Now the toilet is flushing great. Additionally, he said that if we decided that we wanted to go ahead and upgrade that toilet to a newer better brand, they would do it with no additional service charge, and they would credit back the cost of today's repair. All in all I was so very pleased with the service. The repair itself was $35, and service call price was $115 (which seemed a little high, but I have nothing to compare it to). That being said, I liked the service style, responsiveness, and promptness so much, that I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to a friend.

Did a great job from beginning to end. Said he would look at anything plumbing related if I needed while he was here.

Called them Sunday and arranged for them to come to the house on Monday the 11th. Tech assigned to the job called to say his morning job turned out to be very extensive and could not make it Monday. He then made arrangements for another tech to do my job on his way home as he lived nearby. Second tech arrived when he said he would and did a professional job.

The job was done very well, although the price was a little high.

Jerry the plumber and his co-worker Jimmy arranged to arrive a day ahead of original scheduled time.They were pleasant knowledgeable and wasted no time attacking the task at hand. We had used both Jerry and Jimmy before (August 2011). Then as now we are very pleased with their work.. Jerry even voluntarily adjusted my screen security door so that it would close properly. They are now my default plumbers and I would highly recommend them to my friends or others seeking plumbing services. I was given a senior discount although I had neglected to ask for one.

On monday morning at approximately 8:10 A.M. I called Apollo Plumbing becaused I needed to replace rusting pipes under the kitchen sink. I had some other plumbing problemsII wanted to address but didn,t consider that feasible in one visit because I thought that the entire package of plumbing repairswould cost far more than I was willing to spend at the time. Jerry the plumber (Apollo Plumbing) called about 10 minutes later from the road and advised that he was on his way to a job and would beat my residence in approximately 2 hours. Jerry and his assistant, Jimmy arrived in a timely fashionJerry wanted to see the main problem first. After surveying the problem under the sink he asked about other problems which I related to him with no expectation of them being tackled on this visit. He and Jimmy looked at the bathtub leak and immediately identified the problem. The problem was aworn overflow gasket which was replaced quickly. The bathtub was filled and drained twice after the new gasket was installed. Problem solved. Jerry worked under the kitchen sinkwhile Jimmy was dispatched the roof to rooter the cast iron pipe. He found the obstruction and proceeded to clear the drain that was causing water from the washing machine to back up in the kitchen sink before slowly draining out. Problem solved. Meanwhile, "Jerry the plumber" changed the pipes under the sink and tested the results by filling and draining the washing machine multiple times. The first time produced a brackish sludge but subsequent fillings and drainings produced no further backups. Problem solved. Upon arrival both plumbers were clean, courteous,friendly and very professional. They moved confidently and at most times seemingly at a controlled warp speed They gave good advice and offered useful tips while still in motion. I,m not suggesting that they did not stop to answer questions or discuss issues because they did. They did not waste your money with idleness. Thats all I'm saying. Before work began I had asked Jerry to video th insides of the drainage pipes to minimize future surprises. This was one of the reasons, besides the fact that the company was on Angie's list with outstanding reviews, that we selected this company. This he did last and, of course, provided me with a video taped copy of the results. This team seemed to work well together. I was extremely pleased with the results including the price (which was several times less than I expected for all the problems that were addressed) as well as the service. The whole process took less than 3 hours.

They were quick to respond. They were responsible. They were nice, and professional. Their rates were reasonable. I would use them again if I needed to.

Considering our bathroom drain lines stopped draining and it was New Year's Eve and we had a house full of out of town guests, I would say the Apollo guys were heaven-sent. They worked all day to get the drain lines back up and running in time for all of us to take our showers and get ready for the night's festivities. They were our holiday heros.

They were on time and were gone shortly afterwards. It didn't take them too long to do the work. They knew what they were doing and they did it efficiently. They take question very well.

I pulled Apollo Plumbing off of Angie' List yesterday...gave them a call about a water leak in our walk-in pantry. The fellow who answered the phone was obviously out in the field working. He asked if it was an emergency, and I said "no". He said he'd try to get someone out to the house the next day, after reviewing the work orders. He called me at 8 a.m. the next day, and said he could have someone sent by 9 a.m., if that was good for me; if not, he'd try to work me into an afternoon call. I was OK with 9 a.m. Two plumbers came (I forget their names), both in their mid-late twenties. Very polite, very business-like, jumped on the problem right away, identifying a washer/gasket leak in an old cold water faucet. They spent perhaps 45 minutes to fix it, also putting in an on/off valve for future considerations of use of the line. Cost: $ 115. Fair and appropriate. I was very satisfied.

Apollo saved the day. Our shower faucet broke and Apollo came out on short notice and fixed it better than new.

Did a betty good job,very profesional,punctual and was very clean.

.They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They were very thorough. There was two of them. They were very knowledgable. They knew what they were doing. Very flexible in as much as they were very busy and would find the time to do the job.

Went fast once decision was made to replace.l am no plumber, these guys knew what they wre doing.

He very courteous, polite and knowledgable. This is the 2nd time I have used him. The first was for a sewer line.

Jim was professional, prompt, polite. I will definately use this company again.

Two workers arrived promptly as scheduled. They were friendly and skillful as they proceeded to chip away a small amount of concrete floor to provide easier access to valve that was inoperative. New valve was installed swiftly with new piping to the outside spigot and new concrete filled in what was removed. Complete job which required water to house to be shut off, was completed in two hours. The estimated cost was met and site of job left in clean condition. I was highly satisfied with whole experience.
