I was so impressed and thankful for them doing that because it really was an easy fix. For them to help me fix the problem over the phone and not to come out and charge me their fee was to me very very impressive and so nice of them. If I ever have another plumbing problem I will most certainly use them.

I called Apollo late in the afternoon and Alex and Bud came out the next morning (New Year's Eve). They were pleasant, polite and professional. They did a very thorough job of clearing the drain in both directions and pulled out some serious roots that the last plumber had missed. They answered all my questions, gave thorough explanations and even noticed and offered to fix my hose bib, which was leaking, while they were there. We arranged for them to contact me in a few days and come back with their video camera to check to see if there were other larger drain issues that needed addressing. Overall a very positive experience.

Apollo plumbing was called to perform multiple plumbing needs.. We were given a confirmed price for all work to be performed before they showed up. We felt the price was extremely fair and less than other plumbing outfits we called. Most of the plumbing companies wanted to provide service based on an hourly rate and windshield travel cost. Apollo plumbing showed up exactly the time that was quoted the day before. Alex, the technician, was masterful at his work. When he was finished he showed us all the new work he had done along with everything he had removed. Alex was extremely professional with a great personality. Anyone using Apollo plumbing won't be disappointed with their work product or their prices.

very professional service. The price was very fair. I called Apollo plumbing on Saturday to have an old hot water heater replaced. The service was scheduled for Monday. They showed up on time and replace the hot water heater. I could not be happier. I will be using them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

It went really well. They are honest and fair with their pricing and are not thinking in the short term to make money but rather the bigger picture of being a professional company and making sure they have satisfied customers.

The job on my bathroom shower and water faucets was completed with success since it is an older home and wasn't sure if a part would be found and not have to be ordered. The gentleman completed the job and cleaned up the tub and I was able to use a coupon towards my payment. I am pleased with the work he did and answering my questions I had on what he was doing. I will definitely call on them again when needed.

Late on a Sat afternoon it became obvious that all the toilets when flushed would overflow and not clear. Ditto for the showers/baths. I called 10 different plumbers from Angie's list. I was in a bit of a panic as I had never experienced such a situation. Only two companies had someone available for Sat emergency service. Jerry from Apollo, one of the two companies available on this Sat, quickly called me back and said he was at another customer, but could be at my place once that job was done. Sure enough, in the 90 or so minutes that Jerry estimated it would take to finish his current job, he arrived. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a blockage in the main line. He grabbed the automated snake/rooter from his truck, dropped it into the main line, and within 15 minutes of him arriving everything was working. To be sure all the blockage was removed, he re-snaked the main line with a bigger blade. To top it off, I asked him about another plumbing issue I was having and he gave me a tip on how I could do it myself for about $10 and avoid having him or another plumber come to my place to deal with it. Jerry is the best! I'm amazed at (a) the great and cost effective result, (b) the super customer service, (c) the professionalism, and (d) the super-responsive service on a Saturday late in the afternoon. If you need plumbing help, this is the company to call.

I provided all the materials such as the bath tub and faucets and the plumber that came out to the house explained to me that he had installed the same type of tub in the past and after a while of use all the tubs ended up cracking thus saving me money in the long run. They also had a new tub at my house in about an hour and installed just as quick. Over all i'm very pleased with their service and promptness of service.

I recently bought a condo and needed to shut off the water for a remodeling project, but the main valve in my unit was not closing entirely, so I called Apollo Plumbing based on the reviews I read here. This was my first time using Angie?s list so I have to admit I was a bit skeptical, but I couldn?t be more pleased with the service. I called Apollo on Monday morning to schedule an appointment. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule. They called the prior evening to confirm the appointment, which I appreciated, and showed up right on time; punctuality is almost unheard of with service calls. Bud coordinated the water turnoff with my association and showed up right on time to do the job, this is where punctuality is a big plus for me, I really didn?t want to deal with my condo association if the plumber was late to start the job. Bud was professional, completed the job in the allotted time, and at the price he quoted. I also feel he went above and beyond to get the building?s water turned off as he assisted our maintenance man in shutting it down. It?s never fun to spend money on plumbing, especially for jobs like this, but I feel that Apollo did an excellent job at a fair price. I can now rest easy as I?m able to shut the water off to my unit.

Alex of Apollo plumbing was originally contacted to replace a loose fitting, insecure faucet and shower fixture supporting the bathroom tub. While they were in the process of correcting the faucet problem, they noticed that the tub drain was not correctly married to the sewer pipe and was essentially draining directly to the ground. In order to properly repair the drain the tub would have to be removed, part of the floor demo'd, and a pvc S drain connected to the cast iron sewer pipe. Alex and crew corrected these problems and installed a new tub in a very professional manner and as scheduled. Alex noticed the shower and spout were not exactly centered and made that correction as well. The small plumbing repair ended up being a fairly large job. Most of the work performed by Apollo corrected poor workmanship of a 6 year old bathroom remodel performed by another company who apparently did not have the necessary plumbing skills. While the cost of repairs was higher than I anticipated, I can't help but realize that if Apollo did the original plumbing 6 years ago, none of the current corrections would have been necessary. Apollo plumbing's workmanship was excellent. They were on time, neat and professional.

I called Apollo Plumbing of Pinellas. The gentleman called me right back and I explained my problem with overflowing. He very honestly told me that he was all booked for the next week and really it didn't sound like I need a plumber but a "rooter"! He could have take advantage of me but he directed me in the right direction - I called a "rooter" listed on your list and the gentleman came out as soon as he could that day and fixed the whole problem! Due to the honesty of the gentleman at Apollo, I promised I would call him back whenever I need a plumber!!!
