Description of Work: We called. The person who answered said he had a delivery truck there right now so he would call me back. He never called so we went with a different business.

Description of Work: Alex @ Apollo Plumbing was very helpful, completed the job in a timely manner, and dealt with our difficult tenant perfectly, all while keeping us owners in-the-loop. |We purchased the $79 deal for a plumbing inspection, and in turn had him replace a non-functioning faucet. He was thorough, always kept us in the loop, and even went back when our tenant reported a problem (that was NOT a real problem). We would definitely use Apollo Plumbing again!

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater for $200 less than other estimates I had received. Very professional, on-time and completed estimate/service in one day. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Alex came out and checked all the problems I was having with my plumbing. He took apart the kitchen faucet, cleaned it, lubricated and put it back together. Works great. Took the bathtub fixtures apart and determined they were unfixable and replaced them. Took apart the bathroom sink cold faucet, tried to fix but part did not fit. Could not find replacement part. Will replace when I can afford a new faucet set. Toilet was an antique and could not be fixed. New toilet. Everything works well. Love the new toilet and height. I am well satisfied and will call them again when I can afford a new sink faucet set for the bathroom.

Description of Work: Buddy came out and replaced the water stem cartridges in both bathrooms. Age had tightened them so much they wouldn't budge for us. He showed us the tool to replace them the next time.

Description of Work: I have used Apollo twice in the past year and they have always been helpful in getting to my problem in a timely manner. They seemed to be interested in me as a customer and in solving my problems. The technician that came to my house was the same for each instance and he was very professional and courteous. He was clean and cleaned up after the job was complete. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. Both instances involved blocked drain systems.

Description of Work: I had a very unique situation where my pool system was clogged and my pool service provider has been unable to diagnose/clear for over 2 weeks. Geri was out with in 2 hrs as promised. He rooted the lines and also trouble shot the problem as pump related and got a pump specialist on the line with me to address the unique issue I had. Way above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks very much.

Description of Work: Out receiving supplies when called. Called me back as promised. Date agreed upon, called me that day with estimate time of arrival which was exact. Cordial introduction of 2 workers and diagnosed problems (weird, loud vibrating sound in pipes 5 minutes after toilet flushed) immediately. Had parts and got to work. Noted water turn off valve at toilet not functioning, alerted me and replaced. Done in 40 minutes. Very pleased with service and highly recommend company.

Description of Work: My master bath tub was leaking into the bedroom closet. On 9/22/11 Jim replaced worn out plastic handle chaulked around spout. On Thur 11/10/11 I had them come back. The tub started to leak again because the area around faucet. He thought the faucet should also be replaced. He needed to get the parts to complete the job. Our schedules clashed and the second time job was not compleated

Description of Work: Removed old hot water heater in a very confined area and replaced with a top of the line model. Alex gave me a better deal and a much better water heater than I could have purchased directly from Home Depot or Lowes. ALWAYS very professional and through. I have had several jobs performed by this company and I have been extremely pleased with the total outcome each time. I will always contact Apollo Plumbing first for any plumbing needs.
