Horrific company. Didn't show up when they were supposed to. Quoted half the price that they charged. Never gave a final bill but ROBERT threatened my husband with legal action. Lied and said that the crew called in sick but we were later told that they were reassigned. Liars, scammers and thieves! DO.NOT.USE.THIS.COMPANY!!!

Excellent service

Completely unreliable. Spoke with Robert on a Saturday for a Monday pickup (needed pick up before noon). Took 1/2 a day off work. Had to call them after noon Monday - advised they're running late. Told me they'd pick it up late Monday. I called Robert 4:45pm Monday - he advised had to reschedule Tuesday. I told him that wouldn't work. He said he was tired of me and hung up. My customer service experience was THE WORST! My recommendation is to avoid dealing with AAA Rousse!

I called this junk removal service to remove an old broken hot tub that was left at my new home when I recently bought it. It was a Friday morning. I spoke with "Robert" and he said that it was possible for them to come by in the afternoon between 3-5pm and if not, he could be there on Saturday. He would give me an estimate for the hot tub removal and do it right then if I accepted. Fine. He had his employee call me again around 5:00 to say that he could not get to me until around 6:30 or he could come the next day. Again, fine?he had said this might happen. I had dinner plans that evening and could not wait, so I willingly accepted an appointment for 9-10am the next day (Saturday). I waited all morning again the next day until around 10:30 when I called again and the guy said he was still sleeping in some hotel room in Ft. Lauderdale! Then when I began to express my dissatisfaction with having to wait around all morning, the guy tells me that if I would have cancelled my dinner plans, the hot tub could have been gone already. DO NOT use this service! They are irresponsible and unprofessional. Don't waste your time waiting around like I did.
