I called A-Plus because of the large number of positive reports on Angie's List. John, the owner, came out to view the job and gave me an estimate. We agreed on a mutually acceptable day to start the work. On the night before John was to come out, I got a courtesy call informing me of when to expect John the next day. John arrived as promised and spent the first of two days working on the windows on the outside of the house. The outside work was completed and very well matched the existing house stucco texture. The second day, John worked "inside" the house. "Inside" because the screened patio area was "glassed" in after the two sliding doors had been replaced. The concrete screen room floor had been covered with hardwood. So, when repairing the stucco around the two sliding glass door replacements, John had to be very careful to not damage the hardwood floor. This he did. He spread canvas drop cloth in the area to be worked on. Any stucco droppings fell on the canvas and not the floor. Any other material was cleaned up and the floor was not damaged in any way. Overall, John did an excellent job, just what I needed to get this work off my "to-do" list.

I contacted several services about this job. A couple weren't interested in stripping the popcorn as it involved too much work. John (the owner) did sections of our home at a time, beginning with the garage. He worked alone as he is very meticulous about his work. He did an excellent job and ensured all items in each room were properly covered. He was extremely neat, and clean-up after the job was excellent. He re-plastered and sealed all of the ceilings, to include room closets and kitchen pantry area. His work is excellent, and we would recommend him to anyone. Although the company may not be the cheapest, we are firm believers that cheaper is not always better. In this case we got exactly what we paid for and was worth it.

The work came out great! Our new master bath ceiling goes great with the rest of the house. And John is simply a master at blending the pattern of the new plaster to the old where we were patching the walls and ceilings. We were very concerned about that and were prepared to cough up the money to do the entire kitchen ceiling and bedroom walls if necessary. But John did a great job and saved us a lot of money. In addition, John is very punctual and never left we sitting around wondering where he was. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

It went great! A Plus was always prompt and did a great job matching the new stucco to the old. I am delighted!

He stuck to the estimate, and he fixed ceilings in 6 rooms. He was very neat and clean. I was expecting a lot of dust, and I told him I could clean all of that. I was surprised that there was very little to clean up. He was punctual, and the work was timely. I will be calling him for anything I need done that he can do.
