I called Scott Lester and he returned my call within minutes. It had been 5 years since the application. Scott asked if the roof was leaking, it wasn't. 2 days later he was on the roof with silicone patching material and within days had a workman on the roof rolling out an addition layer of material over the distressed area. In short, after 5 years, Scott's response to honor his warrantee was immediate and professional on every level. Excellent!"
