We provide five-star results at three-star prices in order to gain market share. We use commercial-grade pressure washers and electric sprayers for results that generally last 3-5 years. We primarily use ICT's pure urethane sealer, with a 45% solids content (highest on market), built in algae and mold inhibitors, with color enhancing, joint stabilizing, and anti-slip properties. Since we also use this breathable sealer, we eliminate the chance of the dreaded "white haze" common with inferior solvent and water-based sealers, and can complete most jobs in one day, minimizing downtime for the customer and contractor.
