My agent on the team was Judy Ruskell and she was fantastic. This was my first home buying experience and she was able to explain all of the nuances of the process, keep me apprised of next steps and was very professional and friendly. She was able to make a daunting experience much more manageable! I will definitely use her and the team again in my next endeavor.

Marcetta was referred to us by a friend to help find a home in St. Pete, FL. We were from out of state and a little unsure with meeting a realtor. From the very first phone call to meeting in person Marcetta made us feel at ease. We had an opportunity to work with another agent who was not listening to what our needs and wants were. So, when I contacted a friend to see if she knew anyone we were a little concerned. We fell in love with the area and knew this is where we wanted to move. Marcetta called to get information on what we wanted and price range. We did not see anything in the first email she sent and we refined it a bit more. The second email had 14 homes and 5 we wanted to see. An appointment was set to meet the next day and start looking at what we liked. The first 3 were nice but still did not jump out. When we walked in to house #4 it said "welcome home". There was no need to even go to #5. Somehow through all of the extra furniture and belongings the owners had we could see a fit us to call it home. Marcetta was helpful in referring various companies we needed to update a few things. Being out of state we had no one to really ask. She stopped by to see the progress. When looking for a realtor out of state we never expected to find a friend in her through it all.

Marcetta is very personable and made the search for a house a lot of fun.
