Mcgovern's Maintenance

I wish my experience with this company went better, but I do know they do good work. Very fairly priced, But my first cut was great, and the next week it was sadly disappointing. I then was skipped for service on my third week with no bad weather that week which was weird. Then finally the fourth week they practically cut no height off my turf. At the start of May they called the day of service and dropped without a reason or warning. Leaving my yard super high this week and scrambling for new company to use. I wish I would’ve had more notice and at least just a cut for the first week of may since I got skipped without reasoning in April . Will sadly be looking for another company this week while finding a way to manage my property. Very disappointed. :(

$250 for a quote? On a 10k job, you want to lose my business over $250? No thank you.

They are supper. If you need them they always come out and are very friendly. We trust them to do it like it was their house and we always get complements on they way thing look.

They are super. If you need them, they always come out. They are very responsive. We know them personally. They used to live near us. They are very friendly. We trust them to do the landscaping. They ask what kind of flowers we want, and I just tell them to put something in. He does, and people always comment on how nice our yard looks. We have used them for years. I assume their price is in the ballpark. As long as I have a job and can afford to, I will keep using them.

Did the bare minimum. Seemed like they were racing to get finished each week. 17 minutes for 2 of them and gone. No pulling of weeds - only occasionally use of Round-up. Nothing done at all on the additional issues we agreed to both verbally and in writing). Final straw this week when I had large tractor marks in my yard when they mowed the grass on 7/16 after several days of heavy rains. Terminated my relationship with them immediately. I cannot and will not recommend this provider. In a commodity business like landscaping, talk is cheap. Results matter. Buyer beware.

His crew on a weekly basis maintains our lawn and it looks great. They are all professional, very hard working, knowledgeable and extremely courteous.

The yard not only looks amazing but Bill and his crew also adjusted my rain downspouts, fixing a sprinkler head and then went over the entire sprinkler schedule to make sure the yard was being watered properly. Bill was so patient and explained exactly how the programer works so I could adjust in the future. I definitely will continue to have Bill McGovern and his crew continue to care for my yard. I also plan to have them back out to do some plantings and clean my gutters as well! Bill makes it so easy and takes care of it all!

He is phenomenal and always on Time. He does exactly what he says he is going to do. He is reasonable with price. He is honest. He does a great job and has a great team. I think he is the best I ever had. He also has an eye for design and is meticulous.
