A&D Home Inspection

Darrell and his wife, Andrea, were very thorough. After completing the inspection, they walked me through everything they discovered, explained the significance and repairs needed for each item, and answered my questions patiently and completely. I am very happy I chose them to do my inspection and would highly recommend their company to anyone looking for such services. They are both personable, friendly, professional and thorough. My realtor was also impressed by the attention to detail and care taken by A & D Inspections to ensure I understood what was found and what needed to be done to correct the problems. Darrell said I could contact him at anytime if I had additional questions or needed his advice. If I could, I'd give them a 10 point score.

Darrell and Andrea were thorough in their inspection, candid in their observations and suggestions, and patient in explaining existing and potential issues. They shared from their own experiences and gave both personal and professional recommendations about what to do and what to wait on.

A little hard to get in touch with by phone. They almost lost my business due to the length of time I waited for a response. Very pleased with the service however. He took the time to walk me around the house and show any areas that needed to be repaired and what he called "unfinished work" on items that, in his opinion, needed more work to be considered a standard finished job. Did not give estimates for cost to repair items as his website said he would. If the sellers refuse to repair and want to lower price by cost to repair, I will have to reach out and get that. I would definitely use again. Super nice couple!

Everything went great. Darrel and his wife are so thorough and just really nice people. They went through the house then once done took me through everything. By that night I had the inspection report with pictures showing everything so it was so easy to follow and understand. I will totally use them again in the future and recommend them.

It was a very smooth process. A&D were very knowledgeable and helpful along the way. We would definitely use this company again if we ever need another inspection or water test. :)

Inspector was on time and spent approx 4 hrs on the job. He explained the process to me and informed me of everything during the inspection. The report has pictures of every part of the house where repairs were recommended even the crawl space under the house and everything exterior and interior. Fantastic job, so glad I had this done. Have decided to keep and fix up the house. Would not think of buying a home without having this done.

Darrell was extremely thorough, walked through all issues found with the property and very professional with myself, the seller and existing tenants from start to finish. The 50+ page report provided later with detailed pictures and explanations made it easy to calculate potential repairs. Both he and Andrea (sp?) were very responsive when I had follow on questions; there's no waiting for days for someone to get back with you with this team.

Outstanding..This is the second time I have used A&D They are very professional but like a friend at the same time They do an outstanding job and thorough and when he was done we walked the house inside and out He pointed out everything he had found and kinda rated it as severity whether it needed fixed right away or just as I saw fit to I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone looking to buy a home

Arrived on time, explained their process and did a thorough inspection went over everything and explained findings very clearly.

The inspector was very good! I called him on a Friday evening and he scheduled my inspection for the following Wednesday, which is awesome timing if your a realtor like me! He performed the inspection and even took the time to walk me back threw to show me what he would be including in his report. He emailed me the finalized report in less than 48 hours. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Very professional inspectors who were very knowledgeable and friendly. I stayed for the whole inspection and got to watch them work. I highly recommend them and you should definitely be present for the walk through with them as they do an excellent job explaining the issues.
