A&D Home Inspection

Description of Work: Darrell and his wife arrived on time and went right to work. They examined, tested, photographed and explained every aspect of what they were doing and what they saw. They examined electrical systems including outlets and switches, they tested all plumbing and sent a water sample off to a local agency to test if the water was safe. He went up on the roof and examined the chimney, roof and gutters. He examined the foundation and property to get a sense of everything. They provided a written report with photographs and followed up with a phone call to make sure I understood everything in the report.

Description of Work: Darrell Thomas and his wife were already working on the house when I arrived for the appointment. He was profession, thorough and took his time to explain all the aspects of the inspection with addition helpful advice on how to do easy repair. His report was thorough and helpful in making our decision. He also followed up with a phone call. I'd recommend him to anyone who loves finding honest and professional service providers.
