The cleaning gals were the best. However working with Rebecca, the manager in the office was a nightmare. I finally just gave up on them, and went to Molly maids of saint Augustine. The gal in the office is very cordial, and easier to work with. Scheduling with Molly maids is not as difficult as with merry maids.

Compared to the cleaning service we had before them, they've done an excellent job. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

The ladies on the phone (office ladies) were both very nice. I scheduled a deep cleaning. The first thing one of the cleaning ladies did on arrival was complain about how far the drive was to my house. She asked to see the rest of the house so I showed her the bedrooms first and she complained that I was suppose to strip the beds before they got there (no one told me this). Not a very "merry" attitude. When she asked me to check their work, the top of a dresser was still dusty, another piece of furniture was still dusty, there was a bleach stain on one of my throw rugs, they only cleaned some of the baseboards not all of them (which we had discussed), the top and front edge of the pictures on the walls were still dusty, the glass on some pictures was not cleaned, and they did not clean one of the rooms at all. Overall, they did "ok" on what they did clean, but they missed a bunch of things, and the negative attitude right off the bat turned me off. They did compensate me for the ruined rug, but I will not be using them again.

I am retired so I decided to be fully retired and use their services. I like them a lot. They come out twice per month.

Their decent, I have used them for two years and I have not had any problems. They call me before hand to let me know that they are coming, so I never am caught by surprise. Their cleaning job is also very well done, I have no complaints about their work.
