replacement windows
+ -1 moreAsked for a window replacement quote. Someone came out right away, however it took 5 weeks to receive a quote after several follow ups. The quote was for 5 basic non impact windows ($21,000) which is more than 3 times higher than any other companies who bid on this job. They are trying to rip off their customers. Planty of great options out there.

+ 0 moreRefused to bid on the job. Emailed them 10/26. Representative Michael (nice and professional) came on 11/1. Promised estimate within a week. Several emails and at least two unreturned phone calls later, it is now December 11 and my last email query was responded thus: "I'm sorry but we are not going to be able to bid one this" (sic) Would have been nice if (a) this decision was relayed to me earlier, and (b) if a reason were given (would have made me feel better about it).
Description of Work: Roof damaged by Hurricane Irma.
