Working with this team on both a boat dock inside the home project, I found them extremely professional from the office staff/ workers project leader. They took all the time I needed to fully explain my ideas and then they made several additional recommendations (not in a pushy way) to consider to help ensure the final project was all that I expected. As the project progressed I always felt I was being updated and fully understanding each step. In many projects, unexpected issues sometimes arise but Richard took the time to explain them and let me so I could make any changes I felt were needed or could wait until another project. In the end, everything was far beyond my expectations and within budget. I fully plan to use them again have highly recommended them to all my friends and to you this review reader also.

Richard managed home repair project; including new roof, new decks, new HVAC system, and interior clean-up, miscellaneous repairs and painting. He was very easy to work with and helped me get my house ready for me to move into. Would recommend.

Richard came and gave me an estimate to install 150 feet of linear fencing. There were 7 trees in the path of where the fence was going. The quote included fence and tree removal. When they put the fence up instead of cutting one of the trunks away to allow for a full wood panel, they cut three panels to go over the top of a tree trunk, which makes that area look really bad. Additionally, we had agreed to them replacing 2 post that were rotten on the fence by the front of the house. I was out of town and he took advantage of my daughter by cutting a piece of trunk from another tree and putting it between a tree and the fence to prop it up. I called and asked him to repair correctly and he said no that I had gotten a very good deal and he was done. Now he negotiated all the work and price and then he didn't do it. Another thing is I would worry about his ethics. Beware when hiring, make sure he puts EVERYTHING on his quotes that he needs to do. Then be there when the work is being done to make sure he does what he agreed too.

Richard is very detail oriented and professional. We hired him for cleaning our gutter and roof. He did a great job. We will hire him again!

These guys were great start to finish. Suzanne in Customer Care and Richard who came out to the property made sure I got the services I needed. They were timely and very professional. The trees look beautiful now. I won't need to shop around, ArborTech is the only place I would use.

Richard was excellent when he came to review the work needed. The price was competitive with other contractors. However the final product was not so excellent. I would say my expectations were greater than the final product. Cleanup left a little to be desired

Very good - very quick - less than 3 hours on site - for all the work I requested. Cleaned up all the debris and branches. Great job.
