Warning to future customers of this business. Can't trust their GPS estimates and careless about people's work schedules. Lazy crew and unprepared. I called this business a couple of weeks ago to get an estimate on cleaning my gutters. The owner gave me a price based on GPS and scheduled for today. I took off work to be around for the job. When the workers came, one started in the front and another walked around the house to see all the gutters. A little later, that worker said that he called his boss and that my job could not be done today, because they had to finish a job from Friday. I told them I took off work for this and I was promised that it would be done today. The worker said that he wished the owner did not do GPS estimates, because this was a job that would take 4 hours - not sure what the owner thought it would take. I said that there was certainly plenty of time for the owner to have come out and checked the job for a more accurate estimate and that the owner should get himself or other workers out here to do the job. Turns out the owner does not do this work, but is just an "office guy" per his worker. With GPS one could see that my property has trees - which should have been a clue that there would be leaves in the gutters. They thought that there were too many leaves. One spot had carpenter ants. I said fine, can you just do the three other areas that are separate from this corner & I'll pay the same? No they said that could not do those other areas, they had to go. Here's the kicker. About 45 minutes after they left, my doorbell rang and a nice young man said that they were down the street on another job and did I need tree trimming? I said: do you clean gutters? Yes. I showed him the job and he quoted me at 1/2 the price. I also mentioned the carpenter ants area and said maybe not do that until I get that resolved. The job took them about one hour (2 workers just like WG had). When done, I checked where the ants were supposed to be and there was no sign of any ants and the gutters were totally clean! Companies name? Straight to the Hedge Landscaping. Conclusion: This is very poor practice for a business that claims they clean gutters (Window Genie). No concern that I had scheduled myself was off of work for the service and unwilling to stand behind an estimate. I live in an area with large lots and nice homes - maybe they assumed that my gutters were already clean and they just had to tidy a leaf or two!

These guys showed up on time, and did an amazing job! They were very nice, and explained everything before they started work. They also advised me of a couple of issues they found while pressure washing. I highly recommend them, and will be using them again!

I use them at least twice a year. They are always on time and set me up on the schedule very quickly. I appreciate the prompt and professional service.

Always goes great with this company. They are on time and do a great job. I have used them for several years and will use them for many more. I don't do windows .

The technician & his assistant arrived as promised on time. They worked efficiently and continued till the job was done. It took about 3 hours. The gutters over the pool cage had to be accessed from the roof, which they did carefully. All the debris from the gutters was removed by them. The pressure cleaning of the gutters, soffits & fascia removed the green mold completely. The windows are sparkling clean. I couldn't be more pleased! The technician went the extra mile and helped me close a window that I couldn't budge. Two windows had to be omitted because of tracks installed for hurricane shutters, and the price was adjusted accordingly.

The Spring Hill Window Genie was extremely professional, prompt and courteous. Did all the windows in and out, washed and installed all screens on an 3,500 square foot home. Absolutely no mess and the windows sparkle! Highly recommend!

THEY PARTIALLY PRESSURE WASHED NEVER FINISHED THE JOB THEN AFTER PARTIALLY PRESSURE WASHING THE LANAI THEY CLEANED THE GUTTERS AND LEFT DEBRIS ALL OVER THE ENCLOSURE -WALKWAYS AND POOL HEATER IFIGURED THEY DID THEIR JOB AND PAID THEM AND THEN AFTER A WHILE WENT OUTSIDE TO SEE THE JOB I WAS DUMBFOUNDED TO SEE SUCH A MESS THAT THEY HAD LEFT IT TOOK US OVER AN HOUR TO CLEAN UP THE DEBRIS OF DEAD LEAF'S AND SAND
