Mike Jacobs Flooring

Did not complete job as promised. Charged us for transition strips (T molds) and never installed. Gave us the run around for months. He tried to have us accept ones that were not an exact match and were not T installation. I contacted the flooring manufacturer, Southland Floors, and someone there told us they would contact Mike. We never heard from either of them again. Also, when he installed the floor it was a total rush job. Only interested in a quick money grab. Doesn’t care or respect your satisfaction with the job. When he hits an issue where he should ask the customer’s wishes he will just decide himself. Beware- I do not recommend.

Mike installed a new vinyl flooring, he ran out of supplies so he was not able to finish the kitchen floors, so he said that he needs to get additional 2 more boxes of the vinyl strips to finish off the kitchen floors. And then from that time, he did not came back because he injured his leg in the summer, but we were not informed about his injury and we talked to him once in august, and he said he would be coming in a couple days to check the work and finish the job, from their we never heard from him again, we were trying to contact him but he was not responding back to our calls. He never even contacted us back regarding the pending works that he has with us. He was already paid in full, but the works is still hanging, and the floors at least in 2 spots is now buckling out. We wanted Mike to complete and finish the job and make the necessary repairs on the buckling floors.

Amazingly well. Mike was respectful, professional and understanding. He knew what I wanted and provided it. No hassles! Would recommend Jacobs flooring to anyone. Also, his workers were so neat in what they did and kept a good sense of humor and professionalism. They were prompt and knew what they were doing. Would hire them in a heart beat.

We were so pleased with Mike when he installed our laminate floors that we called him to do our kitchen and bathroom tile. He is very prompt and reliable and makes the experience very enjoyable.

He is very thorough, professional, and got the work done in a timely fashion. The workmanship was excellent. He was on top of everything, gave us good suggestions and they were very viable.
