They are absolutely wonderful. We have been using them for over 2 years. They always show up when they are supposed to do. They always call before they come. We’ve had our water tested and it’s very pure. I’ve never been anywhere where the water tastes better than at our home! We are happy with our services with them. The system itself was $1,400 less than other systems. It’s $200/year for maintenance plus $20 every 3 months for the salt. I feel it’s very reasonable.
Description of Work: They come every 3 months. They refill the salt and check to make sure everything is okay. In between services I do the salt.

Description of Work: We purchased a whole house system costing $5000+. Their service is virtually non-existence. They are supposed to service our unit every 8 to 10 weeks. They have yet to make their own deadline. I have to call them every time. They also charge me about $20 a bag of salt when I can buy a bag for $4.69 a bag at Lowes. Worst service I have have ever had.

we bought the whole house system back in 2006 and paid $7,000.00! That included some cheap crappy soap that was supposed to last 7-years (useless). Then I confronted the guy and told him to take it out and he then wanted to deal with me and we settled on 4,500.00. That was bad enough and then started the monthly and annual service that we had to take or the machine or it was not guaranteed. they would not allow us to just add our own salt every month because they had to do something to the machine... test the soft system etc. then there was the hygene change at $206.17 that supposedly removed hardness and chemicals every couple months. Then they charged for stuff without letting us know they were here - I complained and demanded to be called and present when they showed up. That's when they changed their name to Victory First Enterprises from Mountain Peak. We finally cancelled them in 2011 and have been just adding salt ourselves. So, basically, we paid them thousands over the years and now I don't even know if our water is safe. They are not someone I would recommend even to my worst enemy.
Description of Work: they added salt, said something about hygene charge and fuel charge. What kind of a water softener needs that? They never told us about it but said it was in the paperwork.

We had a whole house water conditioner put in our new home on 1/7/2012. At the time of purchase we were told they would come out in six to eight weeks to check salt level to gauge how much salt is used and to make sure the unit is operating correctly. They should have come back by 3 March I never heard from them. I called and spoke to Cecilia on the 21st of March Cecil said she would make a work order for service we never heard from them. I called again the 20th of June this is when they had the manger Jennifer call back to tell me they don't service Apollo Beach for salt service. She very rudely said the told you this at the time you bought it and it is cheaper to buy your own salt. I informed her the sales man never said this to us or we would have never bought a product we can't get serviced in our own community and if I wanted to buy my own salt I would have just went to Wal-Mart, Lowes or Home Depot and bought a much cheaper softener. Don't buy a water conditioner from Victory First Enterprises unless you want to be treated rudely and lied to and quite frankly I feel like I have been scammed. Jennifer knows nothing about customer service , how to run an office or how conduct business properly.
Description of Work: We had a whole house PurQnics model # 1Q82OB water conditioner put in our new home on 1/7/2012. The conditioner is wonderful I have no problems with it just the company who sold it to us Victory First Enterprises
